Dr. Charles is fantastic, I have never spent more than 10 minutes with a Dr. before. Dr. Charles explained my MRI to me we spent almost 2 hours together taking time to go over every issue I have along with every available option. He is more than caring and concerned about every aspect of his patients lives. Being sensitive to special circumstances(i.e. my lack of insurance).Every other Dr. was vague and hurried in 3 years of monthly trips to other Drs all I ever got was 10 minutes and a script for pain meds. Dr. Charles is NOT a drug dealer if you are seeking easily available excessive meds DO NOT go to Dr. Charles, but if you have a legitimate problem and need a knowledgable, friendly Dr. who wants to fix your problems, not just medicate them. THEN I CAN NOT RECOMMEND DR. CHARLES MORE !!!!! He truly is more than i expected to ever meet in the pain managment field.

I was involed in a car accident a year ago when a drunk driver ran a read light as I was driving through it. As a result I now have herniated discs and am in discomfort or pain daily. I have seen neurologists and orthopedics who insist my only way out is surgery. Dr. Charles was the first physician to not only explain my MRI to me but give me options to manage my pain without having to go under the knife. He is very knowledgeable, caring, and takes time to ensure all questions are answered and all options explored. Addtionally his staff is very friendly and caring. You are made to feel welcome and well taken care off by all. I would recommend this office highly.

The staff here are great! Dr. Charles is so caring and understanding. If your looking for a "REAL" doctor look not more, if your just looking to get pain pills go somewhere eles he is NOT a drug dealer! The loby is quiet and in fact when I went I was the only one there.There was no one passing out in there chair. No 100 people cramped in there and no long wait. I was there about an hour and a half and that was because he took the time to answer my questions. I learned so much about other options for my back injury than living on pain meds the rest of my life. I would not go to any other doctor again. Dr Charles took the time to listen and had very helpfull info. I hurt my back a few years back and He was the first doctor to explain my MRI to me word for word. No doctor has ever took the time to do that. A+++++ Doctor!!
