JC from Florida Town Car was waiting for us at the baggage claim holding a sign with my husband's nickname as requested. He was there waiting patiently even though our flight was quite late, over an hour, and it was after 11pm. He was very friendly, handled our luggage for us, and got us to our resort safe and happy. On the day of our pickup, he was at our resort promptly at 6am as agreed to get us to our return flight. No complaints at all, would recommend to anybody due to reliabiilty and competitive price.

I would NEVER recommend this company to ANYBODY!! I was told when I booked the reservation that our driver would meet us in baggage claim at the airport. When asked about the time our flight would arrive, I told him 9:30pm. He said it didn't really matter because they would track our flight and even if we were there early, someone would be there to meet us. He said they rented car seats, if needed, and even said he would throw them in free. We arrived at the airport about 10 minutes early. We waited until about 9:40, still no driver. I called the number I had and he said he was on his way and commented about us arriving early. Yes, we were early when we got there, but at this point HE was 10 minutes late! When he finally showed up it was 10:05pm!! He came in and helped us get our luggage to the car and talked to my boys, ages 1 and 4, and proceeded to open the car door to let us in. When he opened the back door we immediately noticed there were NO car seats!! My husband asked where they were and this driver acted like he had no clue what we were talking about. I told him when I booked this, we were told we'd have 2 car seats. He acted like he never knew a thing about it and when we asked if they have car seats, his response was that most people bring them with them!! I told him again we were told they would be there when we were picked up...he still acted clueless!! The entire walk across the parking lot I don't know what he thought he was going to do with my children in that car! He acted totally floored when we refused to get into the car without a car seat! HELLO!!!! So there we were at 10:30PM still stuck at the airport, with no transportation on what was supposed to be an amazing vacation! Thank God for Enterprise is all I can say! Of course it cost us more to rent a car for the entire week but at least we had car seats and reliable transportation! I will NEVER EVER recommend Florida Towncar to ANYBODY! HORRIBLE SERVICE!!

Bad Customer Service

This car service was terrible, our driver Tony on pickup was fine. Our return trip the driver was rude to us both over a little card. Worse yet, he answered his cell phone (hands free) but was writing down the next customers information while driving at 55mph plus with a 4 year old in the car weaving in our lane. This was endangering a child and us as passengers. We also could hear the whole conversation between him and the customer, we knew the clients name, phone number, where coming from where going too dates etc. Not professional, lets just let the poor man get robbed while on a trip. Driver very very rude and willing to make you feel like everything is your fault, not a clean car either.

Avoid Florida Towncar Service

We recently had a miserable experience with Flordia Towncar Service. When making our reservation, we explicitly asked for a car seat and received email confirmation indicating our request had been received. We also directly asked in a separate email to the company make absolutely sure they could provide a suitable car seat. When picked up from the airport, no car seat was available, forcing us to endanger our daughter and violate Florida laws. The driver indicated he had not heard we needed a car seat. We had him report the problem to Florida Towncar Service and were assured it would be corrected for our return to airport trip. It wasn?t. The driver showed up and, yet again, had not received instructions to bring a car seat. This time, we directly called Florida Towncar Service to complain. After explaining the problem and asking how this mistake could have occurred, the ?customer service? agent became enraged and started screaming back at us and refused to stop talking. Despite our clear e-mail confirmation, the agent claims he had no record of us needing a car seat, and apparently had no note of our complaint when picked up from the airport. He was either lying, having already been notified by the driver of our problem, or they have a completely incompetent reservation service. In either case, Florida Towncar Service was a terrible experience. We would NOT recommend them to anyone and will never use them again.

What you don't want in a car service

I was picked up by Florida Towncar Service to be taken to the Orlando Airport, I was picked up late, the driver had to stop to get gas and the end result? I missed my flight. To add insult to injury, I contacted the ower of the company and was given an extremely rude reply, and told it was my fault, and not his service that caused me to miss my flight, no offer of a refund or any offer of any type to smooth the waters, I would NEVER use this service again, nor would I recommend it to anyone.

They have much to learn in the customer service field.
