I went here for a simple recement of an onlay. Even with an appointment I waited 3 hours to even get into the chair! Then I waited another 30 min. before I saw the dentist. He was very nice and did a good job. The office is awful - dirty and with floors and walls all torn up. Looks like a dump. The staff basically ignored me with no apology for the extreme delay with my appointment. They would also not process my insurance claim. When I went back with the forms to fill out so that I could do my own claim the lady was too lazy to look up my records and therefore gave me the wrong tooth number causing my claim to be denied. They also frequently do not answer the phone and fail to return calls - perhaps because the entire time I was waiting they were chatting on the phone with friends or visiting with boy friends. I would NOT recommend this office.

I went to this dentist and he is the most un compassionate person I have every meant. I told him I could not floss between my teeth after he had giving me a filling and he told me to change my floss?? I was using the same floss he told me to and still can not get it between my teeth. I will not even get started on the issues I have had with my crowns! As far as for his staff goes if you speak Spanish only great staff I am sure but since I do not speak Spanish I have no idea what is going on. Plus do not be fooled you may think your work is being completed by a license dentist but it may just be a dental assistant. In my personal opinion I would search around a little more before choosing this guy as your provider.

I am new to the area so I tried this place oh a whim... to my surprise it was the best dental experience I have ever had. The staff was very accommodating and eager to please. There will be a slight wait though even with an appointment. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for people who truly care about your smile just as much as you do. This office offers both cosmetic as well as simple everyday care for teeth.
