Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I've been renting from the hoffner location for 2 years and the turn over rate is relatively high but I've never had a issue especially with customer service regardless of the staffed team. I was very consistent meaning every 2 weeks I rented and traveled for work. Well until Nick has been replaced along with his crew @ the Hoffner location i will not return and is currently looking for a convenient location with alt company to continue future business! Nick has NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS, NOT MANAGEMENT MATERIAL & is very rude and seems arrogant with the position he holds! It's not a good luck for the company.

Was in and out with a beautiful car. Service is impeccable and will be using them from now on. Highly recommend compared to others in the area. Note: don't take the insurance coverage if you already have it with your auto coverage.

Careful if you get insurance coverage. They quoted me 190.00 dollars for a 3 day rental and when I said that never mind that was too much then she said that I'll take away the airport fees and then it comes down to 150. I live about 7 min away from there and I got off work in Orlando and drove there.....Yet they assumed that I flew in and was going to have to pay airport fees!!!! You can only try to overcharge me once and you'll never have my business again!
