Check-in to retrieve the car took bit longer than expected (they couldn't find vehicle in our requested class). But was made up for it by a free vehicle upgrade. Annie quickly got us on our way. We heard about horror stories and long lines at the other airport rental companies. Vehicle return was the quickest and easiest that I have ever experienced. Will definitely choose Enterprise at this location next time.
If you want a hassle-free car rental experience, Enterprise is the way to go. We travel to Orlando every year, and every other company we've tried are problem after problem (hidden fees, trying to force you to take their insurance, and even fraudulent charges). Just read the horror stories on any other company. Enterprise is fast friendly and the smoothest experience we've ever had. They even upgraded us for free without us even having to ask. My rental experience with Enterprise was top-notch, A+ service. The agents started my experience with a friendly greeting and expedient service. The attendant at the rental car area was waiting for my arrival and called me by name as I approached. The young lady who escorted me to my vehicle was equally as friendly and knowledgeable about the car selected for me. She ensured that I was made aware of all the features the car afforded and seemed committed to ensuring that I was satisfied with the selection. This was an awesome experience and the car was much more than I could have ever expected. The gas mileage was superb, and the car was extremely comfortable. This was one of the best experiences that I have ever had with a rental car!
I have always used Enterprise for my car hire needs.People thatbIbhave come in contact with have been very helpful,friendly and courteous.Tue only problem I had with my last hire was when I wanted to return the car.On my initial hire day Ibasked if Ibcould return the car at any location close to my home and was told it was possible.on taking it to the first place on OBT they informed me that they couldn't give me a ride back home and told me to go to the International drive location to return it.Got there and was told that if they took the car in and had to give me a ride home(less than 5miles both places) that my RATE for the car hire would go up considerably and it would be in my best interest to return the car back to the airportOyher than that great service
Exceptional service at all three rental's during Christmas Holidays, especially Richard Cypress branch Ca. Kudo's to a Rep from Alamo who assisted us with stepping in as we arrived 4:30am from LAX to Orlando. Only female on at Alamo helping Enterprise customer, myself. (Jan 1 -5AM.)
The quote process was fine when I got there the agent wouldn't take me because he said he was just coming on and he said I'd be faster going to Alamo so I went to Alamo and everyone got in front of me in line so I was later than I was or was supposed to be when I got up to the front of the line Janine was great she was taking care of everyone that morning the other people were just standing there and everyone was told to go to Janine she did all the work and she did it cheerfully and she was very nice when I check the car back in they charged me for 3 gallons of gas and I returned it exactly the way I got it
didnt have correct car took forever to get the car and this isnt the first time the agency at the orlando airport is terrible. Give me the wrong reservation had to sort thru all that even when I had the reservation number with me.
Hey see below seem there are a whole hell of 3 and below enough talk who wants to talk to the mangement it as you can see from below didnt doesnt do any good the only way to cure this cancer is to cut it out start using other agencies it now make sense was there was a huge line at Budget and no one at Enterprise.

I was excited to get a charger, they didnt have one at the moment but were able to find one, but it was all cut up and scratched - literally everywhere (hood, doors, front, back). Had a groupon that I tried to use for an upgrade (didnt work), tried a weekend rental groupon (didnt work). Flew in on a Wednesday night got the car at 7:30PM an returned it Monday 9AM and was charged a weeks rental. Brought it back with a half tank of gas and was charged a full tanks worth. Sadly will not be using enterprise again.
Good customer service at the counter. Like others did not enjoy the scare tactics to take their insurance. Especially did not like when I was told that if I had a accident that they would not go through my credit card (which I pay as my primary) but my personal card insurance. For those reasons I will no longer rent from Enterprise.
Overall they were great with everything related to my rental, pick up and return. However, make sure when you go to the area to pick up your car in Orlando (which is a bit sketchy) get into the right line. Some of the people were told to wait in one area without anyone paying attention to them, and others were told to get in another area where everyone was paying attention to them. Also, I felt bad for a young lady who wanted to rent a car and was told they were out of cars. That was not a correct statement. They had a lot of cars and were handing out upgrades without being asked. What I think should have happened to help this gal was someone who already had a rental reserved should have been given an upgrade, and the lady looking for a rental car should have been allowed to rent that car. That did not happen and the young lady walked away in tears.
As usual, I had a great experience with Enterprise Rent A Car. They had everything ready to go and I was presented with several choices in the size car that I chose. As long as I continue to receive this kind of service with this company, I will always rent with them. Great job!
The car they gave me smelled like smoke. It wasn't clean and had a stain on the seat. I was upset but I was ready to visit my family so I stopped and bought a Yankee candle car air freshener and wiped the seat off with seat wipes. I proceeded with my visit and upon returning the car at the airport I was approached by a manager who asked how was my ride. I was in a hurry to catch my flight so I briefly explained what happened so I'm not charged for it. She apologized and took $20 off my total bill. This made my day. I am so happy with the service she provided. I will definitely rent with Enterprise again soon. They showed me they really do care about customer satisfaction.
