Please DO NOT give this establishment your $. I took advantage of the new client special of X-rays, exam, and cleaning for $56. I was then told I needed a "gingivitis" cleaning for another $99 and they would not perform a regular cleaning until 2 weeks passed. They assured me I would not be charged at my next visit.



Two weeks later (today) I arrived and my hygienist then told me I would need to pay $1,000+ for a "deep cleaning". I told her I could not afford that, and insisted that a basic cleaning would be better than NO cleaning...but she refused. *I must mention however BOTH hygienists I saw during my visits were wonderful.



However, at the front desk Abby became extremely rude and abrasive. She told me she would only refund me $12. When I became frustrated, she told me I "had a bad attitude". Her tone was sarcastic, and un-professional. She did offer to raise the refund to $20.



It has now been 2 weeks and $170+ and I have not had my basic cleaning.
