If I could rate Waterford Lakes Dental with no stars I would. I'm a 20 year old college student and they completely tried to rip me off. I've never had dental issues and I went in for the first time to have a cleaning there. It was the most painful dentist visit I have ever experienced, and they hadn't even cleaned my teeth yet. In fact, I left and didn't let them. The dental hygienist made me feel extremely uncomfortable to begin with, but then proceeded to jam a metal probe deep into my gums all around my mouth (which was EXTREMELY painful) in order to "measure" how inflamed my gums were. They told me I needed almost $1000 in work done on my gums and I knew immediately I was being ripped off. I went back to my old dentist where a hygienist (who worked for a gum specialist for years) gently did the measurements, which I barely felt, and told me my gums were perfectly healthy. I've never felt so angry and ripped off in my life. Please don't give this dental office any business, unless you appreciate businesses that try to rip off poor college students!

I had a great experience at Waterford Lakes Dental. I had a cleaning, fillings, and a crown. The female assistant was kind and made me feel comfortable while Dr. Green was very kind and gentle while working in my mouth. I normally have a gag reflex but it was fine during my visit.

I went to Waterford Lakes Dental because I was unhappy with my smile. Dr. Green suggested lumineers. It was a bit pricey, but it was the best thing I did for myself!!! I am smiling all the time now!!!!!!! My co-workers even noticed something was different about me and that I was smiling more. I told them of the great work Dr. Green; I use every opportunity to brag about my new smile. Since having my lumineers, I have referred 2 of my co-workers to see Dr. Green and they have had good experiences also. Totally happy with my new smile!!!!!!!!!!!

I scheduled an appointment because half of my lower back tooth broke while eatting at Smokey Bones the day before and it turned out to the the best experience ever!!!! I have never been to this practice before and decided to give Dr. Green's office a try. They got me in right away. In the past I have had a couple of fillings/crowns here and there ; even wisdom teeth extractions but those experiences ALWAYS hurt leaving me not to return to those offices. Dr. Green came in the room smiling and explained what I needed to fix the problem. She told me I needed a crown on my back tooth. I told her I was very scared of dentist. Dr. Green was soooo gentle I DIDN'T FEEL A THING!!!! I asked her was she done with the shot and she said 'YES IT'S ALL OVER'. I was happy and surprised at the same time. She was able to fix the tooth with a temporary that same day!
Since my first visit with Dr. Green, I have returned to have other crowns replaced because they were black around the gums. I have even referred other friends to the office and they have enjoyed their experience with Dr. Green also. I would recommend Dr. Green to anyone wanting a dentist that really cares about them and wants to help solve their problems!!

I scheduled an appointment to have a filling replaced, and it turned out to be the worst experience I have ever had at any doctor's or dentist's office! After being prepped by dental assistants, Dr. Green came in to do the filling. They used a topical numbing gel to numb my mouth and had to apply it three different times. Dr. Green had a hard time doing my filling and spent almost 2 hours trying to do so. She was so harsh and rough with me that she caused a Hematoma in my right cheek and even though I was thoroughly numbed by numerous applications of their numbing gel, I was still in tears from the pain she was causing me. She was insensitive to it as well. As soon as she noticed the Hematoma forming, she stopped what she was doing to tell me about it and said she would give me an ice pack and a prescription for pain killers after she finished and then went right being just as rough. I have had numerous dental procedures ranging from dental surgery to braces, and can tolerate pain well. I have been told by many dentists that I have a small mouth but I have NEVER had anyone talk to me or better yet yell at me for not being able to open my mouth wide enough, the way Dr. Green did. She was rude, insensitive, harsh and unnecessarily rough. Even afterwards, she (seemingly insincerely) apologized and told me that the swelling in my cheek would go down in a few hours and to apply the ice pack every 5 min. I left with the right side of my face swollen from my eye socket to my chin and a migraine that forced me to call a ride to get home!
I thought that was the end of my headache but the swelling didn't subside for over a week and a few days after, I had a bruise that covered my entire right cheek. That bruise was still visible a month later! As I left the dentist's office I payed $104, what my insurance didn't cover. Three weeks later I received a bill for $86 but my insurance covered a portion of it so all I owed was $19. I wanted so much not to pay the $19 but I believe in karma and decided that I would suck it up, pay it, and this would all be over with. WRONG! The day after I sent in the payment of $19, I received yet another bill from them, this time for $86, but this one was a completely blank bill with no itemized charges and nothing but ""Balance Due: $86"" written on the bottom of the page! Two weeks after that I received another bill with no itemized charges along with the receipt for my $19 payment, this one saying I owe $67!
This woman is not only the worst dentist I have ever been to, but the entire experience I have had with this dental office has (for the first time in my life) led me to leave horrible reviews for a business! If you value your time, money, and would not like to be injured while getting dental work done, then you should NOT go to Waterford Lakes Dental! It was completely unbearable and I would never wish this experience upon any one.
