Complete Air Mechanical

I have reviewed this customers files, after reading the complaint submitted. After researching the information, we have found that the account with our company is under her spouse, Gary Smith. On 03/06-2008 we installed a complete system, for the amount of $4,450.00. On 07/08-2008, I am showing a warranty call was completed, we warrantied the TXV/Expansion Valve. I show no other warranty calls on file; however that may be that an Invoice was not written. Mrs. Smith made a pretty strong statement, that she would not walk, but run as fast away from our company as you can, but such a strong statement really isn't justified with review of this account. Complete Air Mechanical always responds in a timely manner to all of our customers, warranty or not, in most cases our arrival time is within 2hrs. We are not put out in anyway by her or any other customers calling, warranty or not. We are a family owned and operated business, and service over 18,000 Customers in the Central Florida area. We are a RheemTeam Top Contractor, and we stand behind Rheem Manufacturing's Equipment 100%, as it is rated #1 on Consumer Report. We have chosen Rheem since 1995, because it is top quality equipment that we do not have alot of warranty on, which is our main goal. With that said, unfortunately NO Manufacturer has 100% non-failure rate, nor any other product i.e. vehicles, electronics. This is why Manufacturer's have warranties. If a customer cannot understand that, then that is very unfortunate. We did resolve the issue immediately for her.
