A long tradition of caring compassion and service to our families.
Caring, compassion and service to our families since 1944.
Carey Hand Colonial Funeral Home, founded more than 100 years ago, is based on a long tradition of caring, compassion and service to our families. Our Funeral Directors (Richard Owens, Ted Storms, Vanessa Franco) continue to uphold these values today.
Located in the eastern section of Orlando, Florida, our facilities are spacious and warm, offering comfortable visitation suites, a large chapel, and a Celebration of Life room that provides a place for families to gather with friends to celebrate the life of their loved one. We offer a variety of services including refreshments during visitations, full-meal receptions and theme decorating to enhance the celebration.
Carey Hand Colonial Funeral Homes maintains a tradition of personal attention to our families' needs and individual desires. Whether choosing a traditional burial or cremation, we will help you create a perfect memorial that will reflect the individuality of your loved one. A funeral represents the opportunity to reflect on the meaning of a life that has been lived, and to expand on the meaning of that life with family and friends.
Our funeral directors and staff here to offer guidance and address your questions and concerns about the funeral process during a most difficult time. Don’t be afraid to ask us a lot of questions to be sure you know your options and understand the process. We at Carey Hand Colonial Funeral Homes want to make it easier for you.
