From the very first introduction (this was our first time to visit Classic Honda) to the completion of the repair work, we were ably assisted by Hubber Palucha. He is the consummate service advisor, carefully explaining the needed repairs, keeping us informed of the status of the repair, providing a loaner vehicle and fully detailing the repair work that was done. Hubber is exceptionally polite, technically competent, professionally skilled and genuinely friendly. I rate him in the top 1% of all the service advisers that I have done business with in the past 60 years! Well done and most appreciated, Hubber.
This is not my first time going to Classic Honda and it is not going to be last one. As many other visits, Mr. Dwight Dowe was the representative who attended me, he is a A+++ service advisor from the purple team. Thank you Dwight!! You are always very helpful.
I purchased a 2017 Jeep Cherokee Laredo from Classic Honda. After having the car fro two weeks, I noticed the floor was wet and mold on the rugs. The mold was old and there had been previous leak issues with this vehicle. I took the car back and asked for a full refund. The manager was very rude and said he need to go and speak with the company lawyers. I agreed that they could service the vehicle and I would give them a chance to fix this problem. They ended up taking the car across the street to the Jeep dealer . They said that the car had an air conditioner leak that they fixed and replaced the carpets. I picked up the vehicle two weeks later and it seemed that the water issue was fixed. A week later and a lot of rain that week and the car was flooded again. Honda classic just wanted to wipe their hands after I paid cash for this car. They were not helpful at all. I ended up taking the vehicle to Sanford Dodge jeep dealer and thank god they came through and fixed my car. I will never buy a car from this dealer again. The manager was horrible to deal with and very disrespectful. Please make sure that you fully inspect any used vehicle that you purchase from them. You do have 5 days to return the vehicle, but god forbid the vehicle has issues after that. Good Luck !!!
Alex Zapata was great- super helpful without being pushy. He really listened to my concerns and needs, then assisted me with finding the right vehicle! Michael Marcinowski as the Finance person was also incredibly helpful with discussing options! Super service, glad I decided to stay with Honda, and this dealership!
My first experience with Classic Honda was a good one. It was convenient to schedule a service appointment online. The service manager, Jay Banks, was professional and knowledgeable. My service was punctual and efficient. Any questions I had were answered. I will continue having my car serviced there.
Gary Bowen was wonderful to work with at Classic Honda. He quickly responded to my email request for information and scheduled a convenient time to meet. The vehicle I was interested in online was no longer available, but Gary showed me an alternative with the same options and a better price. The process was easy and fast. Thanks also to Clem for a great deal on my trade and Michael in Finance. Great experience!

My Service Advisor Joshua Swiernik from the moment I walked in was helpful and ready to help me. My questions were answered thoroughly and I felt like my car was in good hands . I felt like my time was valued. Definitely will make an appointment with him next time I need service done.
I selected Classic Honda for routine service on my CRV (first time since moving to Orlando) since it was on the way to work. Fernando Nunez not only did an excellent job of advising me on what was needed and keeping me updated on the progress, but also pointed out a problem that another Honda Service department was previously unable to diagnose.
Worked with Eric Vazquez on buying a new Civic Hatchback. Eric assisted in finding and ordering the trim and color I wanted. Eric was awesome, truly felt as if he was on my side trying to get me the best deal I could while giving me tips and tools to ultimately make my decision. Felt no pressure at the dealer and made a decision i'm incredibly happy with!
I just purchased a 2017 Honda Accord LX for my wife from Classic Honda in Orlando. My saleperson, Qui Duong was amazing! I asked for his assistance when I had arrived as he was so helpful on my previous visit three months ago. The sales manager, Bill was also very helpful. I have recommended Qui to everyone that I know that may be looking to purchase a new Honda at this time or in the near future. Classic Honda has always been my first choice dealership in Orlando and continues to be my first choice because of their friendliness, professionalism and courtesy.
First time in many years of buying new cars that I met the perfect dealership and perfect salesman! If you don't like to haggle, don't like being harassed and want a thoroughly enjoyable buying experience, call Richard Lamaute at Classic Honda. Just purchased a new CRV and wish we had been here sooner. No other Honda dealers were as friendly, honest and non pushy. Got the best price, no corny sales pitch and smooth transaction to delivery. Will definitely return here for another vehicle in the future.
