I purchased a new Honda from Classic Honda and was pleasantly surprised by the experience. Qui Duong was the Sales Rep who handled my purchase and was easily the most helpful and informed car Sales Rep I have ever encountered. I will definitely recommend Qui and Classic Honda to anyone interested in purchasing a Honda. He will explain every feature of the car and take as much time with you as necessary to make sure you are happy with the car.
Brought my mom in to help her buy a new car. We were assisted by Bryan Trejos, Sales Representative. By far, this was the best buying experience I have had with any dealership. Bryan went out of his way to make sure my mom was comfortable with the car, the trade in, and the deal. He took extra time with us to make sure she had no concerns about the deal. Raphael Flores helped her through the financing and made something that can be very stressful and overwhelming, simple and understandable. Dwight dowe is amazing!! Usually when I go in to get service done, I'm crunched with time because of work. But with the help of dwight and his genuine customer service skills, he's always getting the job done for me FAST and easy. I can say that every time I step into Honda and Dwight Is there, he has never made my Honda experience a bad one. Keep up the great work!

I must first say that Qui is the best. He is super funny and friendly and took the time to explain any questions I had. This was my very first time choosing and purchasing a brand new car and I couldn’t have experienced it any better. Mike was also very funny and caring as well. When I went in for the service of my car, David Malcolm was a great help...everything was up to par. Clem, Dee, & Mike was also great when we decided to purchase 2 vehicles. The only thing I have a problem with was there was only 2 each that was striking to us, on the Accord Coupe was the one he has wanted for a couple of yrs now, it still needs to be checked out some more, mine was the backup camera was broken, it will be fixed on Sat. overall great job.. I want to thank Deneille Basualdo for her great help and patience, not to mention Mr Clem for being so patient as well with us.
From the very first introduction (this was our first time to visit Classic Honda) to the completion of the repair work, we were ably assisted by Hubber Palucha. He is the consummate service advisor, carefully explaining the needed repairs, keeping us informed of the status of the repair, providing a loaner vehicle and fully detailing the repair work that was done. Hubber is exceptionally polite, technically competent, professionally skilled and genuinely friendly. I rate him in the top 1% of all the service advisers that I have done business with in the past 60 years! Well done and most appreciated, Hubber.

I purchased a 2017 Jeep Cherokee Laredo from Classic Honda. After having the car fro two weeks, I noticed the floor was wet and mold on the rugs. The mold was old and there had been previous leak issues with this vehicle. I took the car back and asked for a full refund. The manager was very rude and said he need to go and speak with the company lawyers. I agreed that they could service the vehicle and I would give them a chance to fix this problem. They ended up taking the car across the street to the Jeep dealer . They said that the car had an air conditioner leak that they fixed and replaced the carpets. I picked up the vehicle two weeks later and it seemed that the water issue was fixed. A week later and a lot of rain that week and the car was flooded again. Honda classic just wanted to wipe their hands after I paid cash for this car. They were not helpful at all. I ended up taking the vehicle to Sanford Dodge jeep dealer and thank god they came through and fixed my car. I will never buy a car from this dealer again. The manager was horrible to deal with and very disrespectful. Please make sure that you fully inspect any used vehicle that you purchase from them. You do have 5 days to return the vehicle, but god forbid the vehicle has issues after that. Good Luck !!!
Alex Zapata was great- super helpful without being pushy. He really listened to my concerns and needs, then assisted me with finding the right vehicle! Michael Marcinowski as the Finance person was also incredibly helpful with discussing options! Super service, glad I decided to stay with Honda, and this dealership!
My first experience with Classic Honda was a good one. It was convenient to schedule a service appointment online. The service manager, Jay Banks, was professional and knowledgeable. My service was punctual and efficient. Any questions I had were answered. I will continue having my car serviced there.
