5 stars all the way. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Sirivolu and his staff. From the day I had my first appointment in January and every appointment since then, I have been extremely happy with their service. Dr. Sirivolu ALWAYS explains the different options that are available and then recommends what he feels will be the best course of action. His staff is just as wonderful as he is. All of my cleanings have been fast and VERY efficient. The cavities I had filled were quickly taken care of and even my root canal didn't hurt.
Dr. Sirivolu utilizes the latest dental procedures and techniques. I must admit though, one of my favorite reasons for going there is to see their really cool office which is decked out in Star Trek collectibles. As soon as you walk in the door, you realize that this dental office is different. They are special chairs and a large flat screen that plays sci-fi movies (Star Wars seems to be their favorite). When you are taken to the treatment areas, you are surrounded by an overload of Star Trek memorabilia. It's amazing to see all of the autographed photos and then as an added bonus, they have a tv in each area that plays the sci-fi movies. How cool is that???
Again, if you are looking for a GREAT dentist who is caring and can make a trip to the dentist an outing you look forward to, then you should call them and make an appointment today.

I've been to a lot of dentists in Orlando over the last five years, and this one is the best! Loved it from the minute I walked in and saw a friendly atmosphere. The place is like a museum w.all the Star Trek and Star Wars memorabillia. It was a nice touch to make the place more welcoming and not just white walls- way to take it to the next level! The workers at the front desk were friendly, and the xray machine is state of the art- was told there are only two of them in the whole state. The service was fast, and dentist was willing to take the time to answer all my questions without ""rushing"" me. This by far was the best part of the visit. Very knowledgeable. Only office I've been to that recorded each indidivudal gum line spacing, and explained it to me. They even have their own crowning machine so you don't have to wait weeks to get the permanent one back. Go here!

Don't go to Starbase Dental!! Even though the atmosphere makes going to the dentist somewhat tolerable. They constantly try to upsell you on things like teeth whitening or invisible braces (that's how they pay for all of their state-of-the-art equipment). They also like to overbill and then ignore you when you are owed a refund. If you have dental insurance, they ask you for the full amount upfront, then you have to wait for the claim to process, then you have to constantly bother them until they credit your account.
My husband hated going to the dentist until he went to Starbase Dental (he likes the TVs on the ceilings in the exam rooms) but the multiple billing issues you will have is not worth it.
