I rate the online portion of this business a negative 10!!!!!! I ordered and paid for my items online and i was told I should expect my items in 5-7 business days. 2 weeks later I got an email saying they did not have ANY of my items in stock and it would be in stock within 5-7 business days (again) and it would ship out . Needless to say on the 7th business day I called customer service and they advised me they still did not have the items and I requested a full refund. I was told it can take 5- 30 days for me to receive the refund WTF???? add that to the 3 weeks I already waited... keep in mind and be ware that they will accept your order and payment without actually having the item in stock! They do have a great selection but I would either go instore or call customer service to verify the items are in stock ...then order.
This review takes a 1 star, because after looking the company up on the website and calling the number I was very, very disappointed that it did not state an opening and closing time. ALL BUSINESS SHOULD HAVE A TIME SCHEDULE LISTED!!!!! when calling especially for week-end (Sundays)! Because usually week days and week-ends have diffrent times. Again, I was very, very disapointed not to hear a time, just a lot of extensions for everything else. Not even a time message after pressing 0 for more options. I like taking care of business in the morning before it get too hot!! that is why I am so disppointed about not having a time listed.
