Auto-Tender

I took my car there for a short in the electrical system, I brought it in in a Friday they told me it would be done by Tuesday, I was very patient because they told me they had to go thru every electrical circuit to find the problem...a little more than two months later, they still have not found the problem and not once did.they ever call me to give me an update. I had to be the one to always call and it was the same story every time,so I am having my car towed home today to have someone that actually knows about cars to come take a look at it.

Don't be misled by the negative reviews here. I was shocked to find such horrible reviews here after my experience with Auto Tender. I was treated with such great customer service that I felt urged to leave a positive review. I'm a car enthusiast myself but there are some thing I just don't have time to do on my own. I was able to talk on a technical level with the mechanic and I was confident with his knowledge and experience.



It's more common for people to want to leave negative reviews about a bad experience but not everybody who has had a good experience will leave reviews. I will absolutely be returning to Auto Tender in the future and will refer my friends to go their too.

Auto tender is a complete waste of money and a rip off. I took my car their bc it was having issues starting. They had my car for 2 weeks. Finally when I a

got my car back I had the same issue and the car still wouldn't start. I took my car to a diff place and they advised me what auto tender replaced on my car was not the issue. I called and spoke to Guy the manager and explained this issue and I got no where not even an apology. I requested for his manager to call me back and never got a call back. I will never take any of my cars to this place again . BEWARE they will Rip u Off and will charge you for items your car does not need!!!!!!!!!!
