Very unprofessional people in the office. I was yelled at and the owner (a man) wanted to fight me. I would NEVER recommend this place.

I had my child at apple for 2 months and it was the worst two months ever. First of all they kept on losing my application because they are so disorganized. The staff is never the same. Every time I dropped him off the staff seems confused as to we're to leave him. He is a big one year old and they always wanted to put him in another older kids class room. Which I was upset about. I had to pay $5 for a daily task book which they never wrote in. My son face, hands, and nose seemed like they were never washed. They say they were going to teach my son all these things but all the kids are just standing around when I drop him off. The final straw was my baby getting scratched by a 2 yr old. The incident report was filed. Only one week later it happened again and I had to ask what happened. No one knew! No incident report and it took them a week to get back to me. The girl quit that same night and didn't write it up is what they told me. This place is horrible. I wouldn't bring him back even if it was free.

Apple Academy is awesome! This center has excellent hours, Its open from 6am to Midnight. Im a full time student and these hours allow me to study and complete various tasks throughout the week. :-). Apple Academy also has excellent rates and accepts 4C!

I am so excited that quality child care centers still exist.

They open early and close late. They provide the food and my baby is learning spanish, sign language and computers. They are very caring with my child and they tailored my schedule with my baby's daycare hours. They are awesome!!!!

I must say that I truly love this facility. My one year old and 4 year old has been attending this facility for 1 year and I love everyone. My one year old is communicating with me via sign language and my 4 year old continues to amaze me with the things he is learning everyday. Mostly, I enjoy the staff. Each of my children's Instructors have been employed for at least 3 years and they truly know what they are doing. I am a single parent and I've been feeling guilty a lot lately with all the working I am doing, not having enough daylight hours to spend with my children. But I must say that I feel sooo comfortable when I pick them up from their second HOME. The Instructors really treat my babies like they are family. LOVE THEM!!! I will keep you abreast of my children status. I just thought I'd tell SOMEONE!!!

My children just started at this school last month and I have been looking for an alternative since then. The first day my 2 year old attended I picked her up from her class and greeted the teacher and then picked up my daughter. Her poor face and hands were bruised and she had a 1 inch cut in the middle of her Face! I immediately asked the teacher for an incident report and she didn't even have one! She actually wrote it in front of me. These people are crazy, they didn't even bandage and open wound. I hate that my girls are still there but as soon as I find a new facility they will be gone!Every day I pick up my 2 year old there are about 100+ children in the Cafeteria area just running around wildly! My 2 year old was alone with no teacher near by and the Older School age children (They take before and after school kids)were just running all over. I asked two women where is my daughter's teacher and they both said they didn't know. That is so unacceptable to me as a parent and I am sure this is how she got hurt. I would not recommed this "fake School" to any parent that truely cares about the well being of their children!

This is an unreliable daycare - children are constantly shuffled around due to high staff turnover. The cirriculum is never followed and you will frequently pick your child up at the end of the day with a heavily soiled diaper!

I am deaf. This childcare was awesome in the way it helped to bridge the communication gap between my undeaf child and myself.

Very bad facility. I would not recommend this facility for anyone's child. It is very poorly run. The staff seems to be very poorly trained from the teachers to the management. The Director is very rude and doesn't seem to be aware of all the rules and policies of the facility. At times, she seems to be making them up as she goes along.



On more than one occasion, I have had to go to more than 2 classes looking for my grandchild.

On one occassion, I found him outside eating mulch. The teacher was looking everywhere in the sky and all around, but not down at the children.



This is the most poorly run facility I have witnessed.
