The negative reviews were 100% accurate. I think that maybe the people who gave good reviews have a lot of money or they work at the office. My experience was horrible and those of my friends and family were horrible. I wouldn't wish this place on my worst enemy. I only hope that someday these people learn manners. There are other psychiatric groups, go there. This place isn't worth a penny.

Overall

Absolutely the worst psychiatric, psychological, medical or dental practice I have ever dealt with. I do not believe one person in this office has any empathy with patients. The focus is on charging you to fill prescriptions and charging you $50 if you are more than 5 minutes late. Patients are treated like they are numbers in a clinical trial whether they are participating in one or not!

Really wish you had negative ratings for this type of health provider.

I only have positive things to say about APG! I'm glad they are near me and are very easy to work with. I think the ones complaining are the ones that can't be helped. I asked as they say and I do follow the office policies. I don't agree with some of them but then again I don't agree with my credit cards interest rate either but I don't stop using my credit cards or do I bad mouth them either. I have a choice to move or stay. This place to help us and its APG not Burger King. We can have it all our way ;)

I've been a patient of this practice for over 15 years and I must say that I really appreciate Lourdes very much. She is helpful and even if she doesn't know the answer right away she will get the answer and more. No practice is perfect but I must say some of the things I am reading must be from patients that are extremely needy and rude themselves.

The Doctors here might be knowledgeable; but I never saw one and you probably won't either. The nurse practitioners are nice, but to describe them as knowledgeable would be dishonest. The office staff is terrible. The refuse to call insurance companies for prior authorizations; insisting that it is "the patients responsibility" to call them an request a fax to the office. Why? Because insurance companies annoy them.

I arrived for an appointment on one occasion only to be told by the receptionist that "You didn't make an appointment." You know, because I just made up a date and time and wrote it in my calendar.

This place, in my opinion is not worth it. I left here bc of the staff and management. Especially their so called "office manager". what a joke of an office. The only therapist that I liked was Rhonda Morales. Call your insurance company and find someone else. There are other places to go.

Had a really bad experience with a member of staff (Lordes). Not only did she disrespectfully dismiss the proper pronunciation of my name, but she disregarded the issue that I called about and went straight to the money spiel. If the doctor who she assists weren't an excellent doctor, I would consider leaving. However, assistants come and go and she wont reach very far with such poor professionalism.

It is a 'business' first, and compassion second/last.

Dr. Nadjafi is one of the most brilliant psychiatrists I have ever met. He is extremely knowledgable in medication management and helped me to understand side effects from meds versus other unrelated issues. I felt very comfortable with him and was astonished at how he noticed my issues right off the back. He was straight forward with me and I really respected that.

Pamela Badzinski, ARNP is exceptional and we are so glad that we have found her! She makes this experience very personal and is very professional. I highly recommend her and the entire group. The office staff was very friendly and helpful and could answer any of my questions regarding my insurance.

APG has proven to be a caring mental healthcare provider to me. Aside from the friendly and professional office staff and doctors, the fact that they offer very flexible office hours goes to show their interest in wanting to care for their patients. The attention I received during my visits from both the doctor and office staff always made me feel welcomed and eased the general visit altogether. They are a blessing to the central Florida area.

We've covered over 200 square miles of central Florida over the past six years looking for help for our two special-needs adopted children. I found APG on the web in the fall and I am so glad I switched. The two doctors we have seen have been very helpful and knowledgeable. The office staff is professional and they work very hard to meet my family's needs. The hours are very flexible and work well with my full-time work schedule. In response to one of the reviews I read I can't believe that someone could give a bad review just based on walking in off the street expecting the doctors to volunteer their time to a stranger's cause. That is ridiculous.

If You Seek A Mental Health Professional, This Is The Place

When you arrive at APG, you are greeted by friendly, courteous and efficient office staff. The doctors and therapists are competent, caring, and really interested in what you say. At APG, you don't feel like just another nunber - you feel like a real person who is valued and respected. APG also has evening and Saturday hours that make it more convenient to get the help you want.
