My wife and I had just bought a house in Hampton Lakes and had to completely refurbish it in 11 days so we didn't have time to mess around. The guys at American Freight were extremely helpful, patient and made sure our deliveries were on time. We would recommend them to anyone who wants friendly and efficient staff combined with quality furniture.

Hate this sofa. Looks great. Too firm and uncomfortable. I placed Craigslist ad to get rid of it. No luck. Now something inside cracked and it makes noise whenever you move. No way to get rid of it now. ice salespeople. But suckered into "last one," "no returns." Never ever again!!! Bought in August, only 6-7 months old.

EXCELLENT PRICES and Customer Service, well....here it's NOT DEAD! Tom was amazing! Love the flexibility of paying, their selection is great! If you can't find something here, well....then you're too damn picky! Wish I had come here YEARS ago when I started buying furniture.

Excellent prices and customer service was great. I was a bit skeptical when I saw the ad in the newspaper, but they really do deliver a great product at great prices. I highly recommend that you check them out before you buy from another furniture or mattress store!

Tom was fantastic by way of help in selecting the bedroom furniture we were looking for and then setting us up for installment payments as well as working out the logistics of moving it to our new home in FL on a certain date. Tom is very responsive and customer focused. You ought to clone him for continued success.

I went with my son and I ask for help and Kevin right away help me.I put in law away bump bed (twin in top/full in bottom),mattress and table and 4 chairs and he explain everything ,he was very helpful

Me and my husband was in the market for a table and 6 chairs. The sales agent ( Roberto) helped me with locating the perfect one. He was patient and immediately understood what I was looking for. When I returned a few days later with my husband Roberto was there and remembered what I needed. Very helpful and patient. Since my husband works nights he arranged for the delivery truck to deliver the furniture immediately that day. Letting us know that the delivery charge would be 75, or if we wanted them to set it up it would be 120. They do sub-contract out the deliveries.When they delivered the table we were very pleased. But one of the gentlemen were going so fast that they bang the chairs against the top of the table causing a big scratch on the table we immediately called Roberto and told him of the situation. He spoke to the driver and they were to leave the set and come get another table. No charge. It did take them an additional 4 hrs to come back with the table replacement. Over all the experience that we had the warehouse was pleasant and we love our new set.
