Generally - competent staff.
But with or without insurance, be prepared to take out a second mortgage on your house.

overall ok, not the best experience. Would not allow me to have a "regular" cleaning as he said I had to have the "deep" extensive cleaning. I declined the services.

1. I waited 60 minutes to be seen. 2. Dr. Bhasker Patel yield at me when I told him that my tooth feels off after he recemented my crown. I could not believe it. It was my first and last visit. I felt humiliated.

If i could give a minus star i would. They are rude and have no manners. I spoke spanish to them and then they spoke in english about me. They thought i didnt speak english. Rude people. Also tried to sell me things. Never going back to them.

so disappointed

I was a patient here for over 6 years and will never go again. I waited almost 90 mintues my last visit. They were very rude and unapoligetic about it. Reading the other reviews is crazy because they tried the same gingivitis thing on me. They also would not do a normal cleaning on me even though I've been every six months and never had a cavity. They are going downhill, staff has all changed and its terrible. I will never go back there again!

My first visit: I don't like i...

My first visit: I don't like it when the assistant taking my X-rays says that she's still learning how to do it. They tried to sell me an expensive toothbrush and insisted on showing me the video advertisement after I said I was satisfied with the electric toothbrush that I already have (which was purchased at a dentist's office). I went in with a Groupon thinking I'd get a cleaning like I paid for, but instead the dental hygenist told me I had gingivitis (I've never been told this before, never had gum problems, and I go to the dentist regularly) and I'd need to pay for a cleaning that required 2-visits and costed $290.00! They said they'd discount it to $214 because of the groupon that I had already paid for. I've never had to spend that much on a cleaning, and the doctor who examined my teeth before I saw the hygienist said that I had no cavities and just needed a cleaning. He didn't say anything about gingivitis. I really question this practice and will get my teeth cleaned someplace I can trust.
