I have been a patient for 3 years but apparently moving offices from one side of Waterford Lakes Town Center to another changes that. When I wasn't able to reach anyone via phone, I finally went in, only to find out I had to be created as a new patient and was going to be charged for the new patient visit. I would have to wait to see the dr because "apparently" hey do t adjust on the first visit. I have tried calling, while their voicemail says "helping someone else or on the phone", I find it hard to believe that all 8 times I called in the span of 30 mins I called not one person was available to answer the phone. This was further confirmed when I came into the office and wintnessed the phone ring one and go straight to voicemail. I left two messages in one afternoon and never received a call back. So you aren't even able to call and speak to a manger. All I needed was a simple adjustment due to increasing pain. I find this very disheartening, as Dr. B is great, but the whole situation leaves something to be desired. I just can't believe after 3 yrs, a change of locations makes me a new patient?!? Way to charge extra for no reason. I just saw them in February?!? I'm sure my insurance would question me being listed as a new patient.
My first visit to there office was last week, they where very helpful and made sure i was well looked after and was seen there and then even though it was 4.45pm. I had been with another practice before and was not very happy with the service there , this is a hundred times better experience.
I initially went to this office the week of Thanksgiving for neck pain. They were running a little behind when I arrived, but the staff were very thoughtful and kept me informed on how much longer til I was seen. The staff is very caring and friendly. The office seems to be very organized and everything seems to run very smoothly. I have met both Dr's and both seem to be very caring and knowledgeable. The Dr's are both very thorough in their diagnosis and took the time to make sure I completely understood everything that they were telling me. They also wanted to make sure I left w/ no questions unanswered. I would highly recommend this office to anyone seeking a friendly, caring and organized chiropractic office.
I've been going to this chiropractic office for two months now and I love it! More than anything I love that in such a short amount of time the doctors have been able to tremendously improve the condition of my neck. Both doctors are very nice and extremely knowledgable in what they are doing. The office is also well equipped with physical therapy equipment (traction beds, wobble chair, posture pumps, etc.) you may need to further improve/treat your condition. The prices are also reasonable and they even give student discounts. Overall, I highly recommend this chiropractic office to anyone.
Can't speak much for the office and their staff as I did not have the opportunity to meet them. I was given an appointment for 2:00 PM and told to show 15 min. early for the paperwork. I showed up at 1:45 pm as requested to the doors locked. On the door the office hours were from Tue 9 – 12 and 3 - 6. So not only was I given an appointment for a time that they were not open, they wanted me to show up 15 min. early and sit outside by the door. Don't know if this is typical for this office, but I'm sure I will not reschedule or recommend. Something I think these Dr.s think is that their time is more valuable than ours, so Dr. Baldasare and Dr. Rudoni find yourself another new patient and waste their time.
Tim - I apologize for this inconvenience, I certainly do not like to waste anyone's time. I pulled the appointment book for that day and it was blocked out for Tuesday appointments from 12-3 for staff training. Your appointment was scheduled for Wednesday the following day at 2:00pm. I am very sorry if this was incorrectly communicated to you.
I have been going to Affinity Wellness for several years--I get several results from my regular visits--the most important is to "tune up" my body for prevention and maintenance--then if I have a specific problem Dr. Mike focuses his attention and care on taking care of the problem--I would recommend this kind of care to friend or stranger--because I know from my own experience that it works!

I am truly very sorry for the way you were treated at my office. We are usually very good when it comes to communicating and caring for patients. I will personally use your comments as a training tool at our staff meeting today so this never happens again. I would be happy to personally review your results and answer any questions honestly with you. And yes we encourage patients to share honest reviews about their experience and for that they are credited a small gift for taking the time to do it, regardless of what they say.
As far as our billing practice I would also invite you to sit with me and my billing manager and go over a line item review of your bill, if there are any discrepancies I will absolutely refund you or your insurance carrier. I use a highly reputable professional billing service that uses the insurance industry standards report to set my service fees. Over the last 10 years my fees have not changed more than 7%.
Your visit with our trainer is difficult to respond to without knowing who you are or what your notes for that visit reflect and again I am willing and very interested to hear exactly what happened. We do have a large staff and offer a wide range of services and this unfortunately means you may be waiting for the doctor or therapist or esthetician… and four or five other staff are waiting around that do not perform services that pertain to you.
I’m glad you are doing exercises on your own and I get from your review you were very frustrated with your care and for that I apologize. Here is my personal email if you would like to continue this discussion privately.
Dr. Brent Baldasare
I love the staff and atmosphere of Affinity Chiropractic. I have been getting adjusted for my health for over ten years. When I moved up to Orlando my search began to find a new chiropractor that had the same believes and treatments that I want in my D.C. After I found Dr. Mike and Dr. B I couldn't be happier. They care about each individual patient and give them the correct care to remove any subluxations that one may have. I hope to continue being an active patient at Affinity Chiropractic for many years to keep my spine and body healthy.

Don't believe all of the 5 star reviews. They give out free massages in exchange for reviews. In going there, I always felt treated like a child. Once, I laid down on one of their adjustment tables that was broken. I got told, in a tone of voice that you would have with a 5 yr old, ""Ok, we're not going to lay on that table, we are going to lay over here."" It was their table that was broken, not my mistake. They had no note on it to say as such, as they tend to not want to advertise their shortcomings.
I have been dealing with a bad back for 7 years and now a bad neck. I do regular exercises for both. I simply wanted some relief from always doing my own health care. Instead I got X-rayed and told to come in 3 X a week. After intensive care, I got re-Xrayed, which showed my back was strong but my neck was not. Of course it was that way, seeing as how I was already good at taking care of my back. I didn't like the spin put on my results: ""At least we prevented the arthritis from going any further."" This was after handing me a sheet in which all results were painted red and I was told that the results were ""Great!"" When I looked at it perplexed, the Dr. clearly wrote me off as stupid and kept moving on in his explanation. Honestly, I didn't even care; I just wanted some relief from constantly having to do exercises. But I know when I am being lied to, and I didn't appreciate it.
If you notice your insurance bills from this Dr., your mouth will drop at how much they charge the insurance company. They charge for ""physical therapy"" which amounts to 4 traction tables, all (that I have been on) are broken somehow, a ""posture pump,"" and a ""wobble chair,"" all of which just sit there and you use on your own.
After going to their physical therapist in order to do establish an aerobic exercise routine, the lady misread the Dr.'s handwriting and started me in on rehabilitation exercises. While doing this, she started to talk to me about diet and had me write down 3 days worth of my diet. After doing that, when I came back, she told me she could not do anything more until I set up a payment plan for her services for diet consultation. I was really put off by that.
They are over-staffed and yet the service you get is less than spectacular. There is constant mis-communication and you have to wait to get any service, despite there always being 4 or 5 personnel on hand.
It is convenient in that they get you in and out, which is why I stuck around for a year. But the general treatment I got was otherwise not worth it. I no longer go and am back to doing exercises on my own, which, frankly, is probably better for me anyway.
I utilized deep tissue massage therapy for numerous years & was always intrigued whether chiropractic care would aid in my pain relief. After years of sports & the associated injuries, including a significantly herniated disc in my lower back, I went to Affinity Health & Wellness Center based upon a friend's reference. Their professional staff & care not only helped me deal with my pain & discomfort, but also educated me on my injuries, specific treatment & exercises going forward. Further, I also discovered that, while having discomfort in my neck for years, I actually have two damaged discs in my neck as well. I received targeted treatment for several months, responded well with my body reaching a stabilized point, & was recommended maintenance adjustments going forward. I still receive deep tissue massage therapy & return to Affinity on occasion when I feel my past injury points in need of re-alignment. I highly recommend Affinity if you are seeking alternative non-drug treatments.
I"ve been going to Dr. B for over 4 years and have never had a single bad adjustment or experince. The staff is always kind and helpful and both Dr. B and Dr. Mike seek to build a relationship with you as they help you to attain your wellnes goals. I always reccomend them to family and friends. 5 out of 5

I just started seeing Dr. B a few days ago, and from the minute I walked in I felt comfortable with the entire staff. I'm younger and he treats me the same as he would a 40 year old woman, with professionalism and a smile. It has only been 1 treatment so far but I can already sense he can help me with my pain in my neck and lower back. He went into great detail about my x-rays and answered every question I had with ease. I look forward to continuing my treatments over the new few months.

Very good experience...I had this lower back pain going for more than a couple of years. Tried 2 other chiropractors before but could do little.
I came to Dr. Brent and got relieved from pain immediately. After first week / 3 adjustments, it started to feel better. They explained everything about my spine with x-rays and all...
Now after 3 weeks, almost 10 adjustments i could hit cricket field again. however it still needs few more adjustments but feels more than 70% alright right now.
Dr. brent has been really skillful with his pattern of adjustments and traction with posture pump.
Thank god I came to him :)
My mom started taking me to Dr. B and Dr. Mike to help with my neck aches and headaches. I really like going to the chiropractor. The doctors are nice and so is Trish - she works at the front. My neck doesn't hurt anymore and I hardly ever get headaches. I really like the traction tables - I think this is my favorite part of my visits. Everyone should go to Affinity Health and Wellness to help with back aches and headaches :)
A doctor you can actually enjoy going to! Who would have thought it was possible. Friendly atmosphere and staff. I always enjoy going and feel even better (physically) when I leave. First appointment is very informational and any and all questions of mine were answered, great first impression!
