Good products but poor service. One fellow gives me a tap with no center gasket. Of course tap leaks. So return next day and the first fellow isnt there and a Korean fellow is present and willing to get it working. After 5 taps and 3 gallons of beer we cant get it to work and im getting nothing but attitude from the employee. in the end i was out of 3 gallons of beer that the employee was drinking the whole time IN the store and i am ready to cut loses and leave which offended the Korean fellow greatly. After all that he wanted to charge me 10 bucks for a piece of hosing. I declined as i felt they owed me a lot more than that ( and the first fellow just gave me some but it was to short) So the Korean fellow trys to toss the pitcher thru my window in a final fit of rage. No one there is qualified to trouble shoot anything especially the Korean fellow.

Bottom line is GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

If Daniel isnt there you have no hope unless you are just buying a new product.

I just got a keg system for my mancave/Treehouse. I had a ton of questions and he helped me over the phone with no expectations. I drove over and he helped me get all set up. fantastic service! Even tho it is quite a bit out of my area, I will continue to use his services.
