This company is illegaly selling lemon cars, they took advantage of my daughter by selling her a $1000 vehicle for $6000. Within the first the battery died so we had to purchase a new one, and a couple of days later the vehicle broke down. Manager Todd was very unprofessional, treated us VERY rudely. Even after I paid to have the vehicle towed back to the dealership and wont return my down payment or cancel the deal, He will not help with the situation he threaten to put a repossession on my daughters credit. He wouldnt let me speak to the owner also told me I can sue him. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

Called in parts order and parts delivered as quoted but all parts were wrong and have made 4 phone calls to have parts picked back up but have not had anyone come by so this will be my last order (i own a bodyshop in winter park)
Dwight dowe is amazing!! Usually when I go in to get service done, I'm crunched with time because of work. But with the help of dwight and his genuine customer service skills, he's always getting the job done for me FAST and easy. I can say that every time I step into Honda and Dwight Is there, he has never made my Honda experience a bad one. Keep up the great work!
Bought a vehicle on Wednesday.Didnt make it to the light out front when the a.c. quit.Next day the turn signals stopped working.Friday overheated 2 hours to get home.A week later the windows quit working.Then 3 months later it quit all together.....had vehicle checked on third day I had it.......shop said somebody had jury rigged the wiring system so everything would work for awhile....
I recently had my vehicle in for routine service. From the time I arrived to the time I left the attention I received was excellent. The young lady that met me outside remembered that I like to have Aiesha Jones as my service consultant. Aiesha as always greeted me with her friendly smile and helped me get my car in and out as soon as possible. She always takes the time to ask about the family and is always so friendly with my granddaughter. She just makes you feel comfortable. That is why both my daughter and I continue to drive all the way from Clermont for the service that we receive here.
They sold me a car and at 3 months it was bad, I took it to its mechanic which I had to pay and I was told that everything was fine and the car left me on the i4.It cost me $ 2,500 more to fix the car. They sold me a bad car and they knew it.
Worst decision ever, I brought a car from them a week later engine was gone. They put a sealer in it just to sell it. The owner is very rude. He buys cars from the auction cheap, triple his money by selling them to people knowing the car is a piece of junk. He also let his friends buy auction cars and sell them through his dealership which is illegal. This is what happened to my daughter. Stay far away from this place or you will get ripped off😡

Horrible experience. This dealership is a scam. They sell vehicles with the check engine light cleared. I bought a truck cash from Robert Goss and found him to be a very deceiving man. Check engine light popped up after I left. They just take your money and run. Do not buy from them.
I must first say that Qui is the best. He is super funny and friendly and took the time to explain any questions I had. This was my very first time choosing and purchasing a brand new car and I couldn’t have experienced it any better. Mike was also very funny and caring as well. I had an amazing experience and this will deff be a memory I will never forget. I’m in love with my car and it was all thanks to Classic Honda in Orlando. A million thanks to you guys.
