This company hires the most unprofessional, RUDE, lying associates they can find. They continuously lie, change, and fail to come on agreed upon delivery dates. Avoid ths company at all costs.
We ( my wife Donna and I) moved into a condo in Longwood, Fl and bought a new stove and a few days later a new refrigerator form Home Depot. It is a two story condo with a narrow staircase - but not a problem for the crews from Ralph's Transfer Co.!!! I highly recommend this company for your moving needs!Rrrick & Donna K.
Delivery team was Professional, Prompt, Courteous, Friendly; installed stove/micro very quickly; I was terrified after reading all the other reviews, but I am here to tell you my experience was quite the opposite! One installer even took time to show me all the features of the new microwave, they made sure everything worked before they left! I don't know what sent so wrong with all the other deliveries, but ours was flawless! ☺
Horrible!!!! They left saw dust all over my kitchen and didn't bother to clean it up. My husband and I spent the next 2hrs cleaning the saw dust. There is still saw dust behind the stove ,but my husband's disabled and can't help me move the stove. They get a zero review and F- grade. Put them out of business.
I just received my delivered dishwasher from this company. And when the idiot opened the box he used a box cutter to slice all the way across my new stainless steel dishwasher. And when I called them all they could say is call home depot. This company sucks do not get anything delivered from them
Home Depot contracts with these people to deliver large appliances. I would suggest Lowe's just so not to have to deal with Ralph's. They delivered a refrigerator in Delray Beach, FL and never leveled it. When I called they refused to come back, said it had been too long.
If I could list negative 5 stars I would. This is the worst delivery company that has ever existed in the history of the earth. They have already missed three agreed upon delivery attempts. They are rude, lie and could care less about the customer. Don't walk from this company, RUN!!!
I'd give them zero stars, if I could. This company is horrible to have to deal with. They rescheduled my delivery twice, the first time bc the deliver person wanted to come early, and the second time, they just rescheduled my delivery to the next day, on their own, without so much as a courtesy call. They are completely inconsiderate of anyone's time, and so unprofessional. I called them, to speak with a manager, about all of this, and no one will even return my phone call. Avoid using this company, and if Home Depot were smart, they would also stop using this company, if they value their customers.
I have to disagree with the other reviewers. We had a window of 10am to 1pm for delivery and at 10:15, the driver called to say he was 20 minutes out(as I had asked them to do).The delivery guys were professional and courteous.I had no problems at all.
I agree - No stars for this company. Paid for a couple of appliances and yet to receive them. Have now had two "scheduled" deliveries one of which the truck supposedly broke down and another that they missed and didn't even bother to call. Home Depot will be hearing from me.
