Called in parts order and parts delivered as quoted but all parts were wrong and have made 4 phone calls to have parts picked back up but have not had anyone come by so this will be my last order (i own a bodyshop in winter park)
Dwight dowe is amazing!! Usually when I go in to get service done, I'm crunched with time because of work. But with the help of dwight and his genuine customer service skills, he's always getting the job done for me FAST and easy. I can say that every time I step into Honda and Dwight Is there, he has never made my Honda experience a bad one. Keep up the great work!
I recently had my vehicle in for routine service. From the time I arrived to the time I left the attention I received was excellent. The young lady that met me outside remembered that I like to have Aiesha Jones as my service consultant. Aiesha as always greeted me with her friendly smile and helped me get my car in and out as soon as possible. She always takes the time to ask about the family and is always so friendly with my granddaughter. She just makes you feel comfortable. That is why both my daughter and I continue to drive all the way from Clermont for the service that we receive here.

I must first say that Qui is the best. He is super funny and friendly and took the time to explain any questions I had. I leased a Mazda 3 from Classic Mazda yesterday and was extremely satisfied with the service I received from Phillip Banh. He was very knowledgable and made every effort to be as helpful as possible. When my lease is up on my new Mazda in 3 years I will very likely return to Classic Mazda if Phillip is still working there.
Speedy service at an affordable price..I went to get 2 used tires for my car which sold for $35 each.The owner asked if I wanted to get 4 for $140 plus they would be balanced/rotated/and mounted.The tires were almost new.They're my to go guys when I need tires for my car.Very honest people! ..Good Job guys 👍

They explain the service your car needs [in understandable terms] and why and how much it will cost/ approx. time to complete.Basic services and related prices are clearly posted and appointments can be made online. If the expertise required is unavailable, late night, you're told up front.Should you decide to wait for completion of service/ a ride the waiting area is designed for comfort!Spacious waiting areas are equipped with wifi, charging stations [iPad, cell phones...], k-cups & keurig, water, big screen tv's, and ample LARGE seating. You can use your time to catch up on personal business or...you might get so relaxed you could take a nap.
I have visit them and i liked very much the way they used to help me.They work so hard to help your to get your car.Prices are so lower comparing another dealership.
