There is poor leadership and some of the staff are very unprofessional. They also lack consistent staffing for the amount of children in the class rooms.

I love this app I've never used it in the past I didn't know it had all of the capabilities features functions maneuvers and now that I've tried it I love it!!
Horrible place. I enrolled my 2 1/2 year old baby and in only 3 I could see how unprofessional and inhuman this people are. We thought that Kiddie U was the right place and after 3 days we realized that this place is awful. They left my baby cry and put him on a chair for 45min. after picking him up from daycare he had a swollen ear. If you are looking for a loving, caring, secure, learning experience for your child Kiddie U is not the place.
Price for the tickets is not worth it. Too expensive, better off just waiting for the carnival to come to town.
My child came to this daycare at age 3 for 1 year and since we moved she now only comes for their summer program. The daycare reminds me of a bigger home daycare. I think its great for a child under 6 since they are a small facility, very affordable and do not go on any field-trips, but staff do their best to make it fun by having water days, dancing days, and special treat days. The kids wear a uniform, the lunches are good and Ms. Jeanette and Ms. Edna are so attentive and loving to all the children. If your kids do not speak Spanish they will pick up many Spanish words as well.
My favourite part of the park. The rides are fab and the sets are so great. It was great to be able to walk through the castle at leisure.Between the entire set up, the music as you walk in, and the details, it went beyond any expectations I ever had for the place.
Awesome visit great friendly workers, all were polite and very helpful. Lines for everything was always moving and were a lot of the time as interesting as the ride itself. We had a great time and plan on returning again and again.
This was the very first Harry Potter World in the world (opened in 2010) and while the crowds have died down a little, it's still very popular. The second phase, Diagonal Alley, opened in 2013. Unfortunately, the 2 HP attractions are located in 2 different parks - Islands of Adventure and Universal Studios Florida- so of course you have to buy an expensive park hopper ticket to visit them both. Just bite the bullet and do it. It will be worth it.
Such a loving Director! This facility has had nice renovations recently. Stop by and check it out!
I write this not as a parent but as a former employee, I saw the things that don't come up on the camera's inside of the classrooms. Things parents miss when they're working or busy with life. I write this to give parents out there a sense of the fear that settled into my soul after I got hired to work in the same daycare my little brother had previously been attending. At first Sat child in Waterford Lakes seemed like a wonderful place for kids to be, that is until I started on my first day. I worked in almost every classroom, I was a floater (meaning I go where I am needed but mainly I stayed in the infant room, toddler rooms, and the 3-5 age room)I will keep the names of students and teachers out of this review for their own safety. I have seen teachers shout directly into the ears of children, talk poorly about a specific child IN FRONT OF THAT CHULD as if he wasn't in the room. I have witnessed teachers throwing students belongings (including clothing) into a garbage can that was filled with dirty diapers, food, and trash. I have witnessed children hit their heads and cry and instead of the teacher comforting the student the poor child would hear "well if you weren't fidgeting, you wouldn't have hit your head, now go to sleep." I have seen teachers pull and yank kids off the floor from their arms so hard one day a child had to go to the nurse because his arm was in so much pain. I have seen teachers lay their hands on kids because they (and I kid you not) 'took their shoes off during lunchtime'. Babies as young as 3 months old get ignored while crying because 'they just want attention.' The list goes on honestly. I would go home crying so many days because I did not have it in my heart to be hard on these wonderful kids who honestly were the loves of my life. My heart aches for them almost everyday and I hope they are doing well.My point is you can do what you like with your child but I warn you to really think before you drop them off and drive away.
