Unfortunately in the two years since the first review this company has not gotten better. The most unprofessional and disprestful company I have ever delt with. As soon as our lease is up, if not sooner, we will be moving and never looking back. Not only did they rent us a dirty bug ridden house without working appliances, they fought us on fixing them and were completely horrible with finding a time to get maintenance here. Again, unfortunately, the was the best part of how bad they really are. Avoid this company if you can.

This company is downright dishonest and should be reported to BBB. Carlos C. please contact me email@example.com if you are going to court. Lisa kept my downpayment for 57 Grand Junction blvd almost 3 yrs ago.
If you want a professional, highly efficient renting experience, where tenants are appreciated, and each tenant is tended to in an expedited manner, this is the place to look...Herein follows my comprehensive review from a long term renter's perspective:With Don Asher, you can expect:Organized listings, accurate displayed price, contact details, listing details, quality photos, and more. And unlike Zillow or other rental websites, where the property may or may not be available, the price may be inaccurate, or the photos may be misleading, you can expect that DON ASHER'S property listings are accurate and up-to-date. The Property Manager Experience:After I found one of the properties that I liked on Don Asher's rental listing page,http://donasher.com/viewlistingsidx.phpI contacted the Property Manager via the number posted in the listing details. The phone call was immediately answered by property manager, Sarah Noble, whom I would come to find is highly responsive and extremely efficient. After seeing the condo, I applied for the property immediately as it was perfect and the price was stellar. Conclusion:Don Asher is without a doubt, that I can honestly say that a majority of other rental services pale in comparison to the quality of Don Asher & Assoc, as over the years, I have rented numerous properties with various managing types prior to Don Asher. The experience with Don Asher is like non other. Sarah Noble is extremely kind and makes herself available for any issues at any time. She appreciates her tenants and makes sure to take care of them in any way she can. This even includes issues at 1 am or later, like when we had an emergency late one night in the wee hours of the morning and she responded immediately and had response crews deployed and headed to our property in less than 15 minutes. After property searching for months, getting frustrated, and on the brink of giving up, I discovered Don Asher and my frustration washed away...
I've worked with several management companies in the past, and Leland has been the most professional that I've worked with.I've had nothing but good experiences with Leland Management and would recomend this company to anyone looking for a homeowners association management company.
A coworker refereed me to Paul and I could not have asked for a better realtor. He was quick to answer all of my many questions honestly along the confusing home buying process. He made sure things moved fast and smoothly while giving wonderful recommendations along the way. He was a great negotiator and got me a fantastic price on my dream home. Paul is a wonderful person I can still count on the answer my questions even today!
LJL Real Estate is the worst Property Management/Real Estate Broker that I have yet to come across. I have never endured such hardship, unprofessionalism and unethical business practice in all my years as a tenant until moved forward with renting one of the condo units that they manage. Consumers/Tenants/Future Home Owners/Home Owners beware!I rented a condo that they manage for 1 year 9 months and 6 days. I vacated the unit as I purchased a home to be my primary residence. Several items/defects were reported as damaged upon move-in. Still they somehow mustered the audacity to claim a hold on 750.00 of my security deposit; which I am currently disputing and intend on taking civil action on if necessary. Most of the claims and accusations made were false or grossly exaggerated. The other claims made are items, that by Florida Statue, they are responsible for and not the tenant. The most outrageous thing about it all is that throughout my entire occupancy, the heater never functioned. I brought this matter up to Lisa Lynch of LJL Real Estate at least 3 times and nothing was ever done about it. I eventually gave up on trying and purchased a portable heater to get by on cold winters; where the lowest temperatures dropped to the 30's. By Florida Statue, a functioning heater must be provisioned during winters. When I confronted Lisa Lynch of this fact after she called me unprofessionally making verbal false claims on the telephone, her response was the most shocking of all. She stated that in Florida one does not need a functioning heater because it is only cold a couple of days out of the year.I look forward to taking them to court and am sure glad I have supporting evidence and witnesses to win the case, if neccesary.I hope that this review helps people think twice about doing business with LJL Real Estate. I sure wished I had read the other poor reviews prior to signing a rental agreement with them.- Happy Homeowner
The COSTA Real Estate Team provided their real estate service to us as we were in the market of buying a house. My husband and I were completely satisfied with their service. We worked directly with Jose Costa and had a pleasant experience with him. We were both first time buyers and he took the time to guide us carefully through the process, showed us several homes in our scope and budget, offered us helpful suggestions and recommendations, and we always felt he was working for us and not just for a commission. We felt like he truly cared about us and our needs. He was always on time to showings and responded within 24 hours to any questions we had. From our initial search of homes to our closing date, it only took 3 months. He helped us find the perfect home and we love it! I would recommend Jose Costa and the COSTA Real Estate Team to anyone and in fact have already referred him to several friends. I do not have enough praises to give them as they are wonderful people who will treat you with respect, meet your needs, and make you feel you have a friend for life.
I see everyone is saying they're reporting this company to the BBB but what you need to do if you want to get somewhere with this company is make a complaint with the fair housing authority and with the dbpr because they hold a license with the Florida Department of Business and Professionals Regulations and they are the ones who investigate property management companies and individuals who hold a CAM license. If you want to be heard contact the dbpr and make a complaint once they get so many complaints against this company they can shut them down and take their license from them. Everyone has to answer to the dbpr go to myfloridalicense.com click on verify a license type in the person's name and or property management company who are discriminating against you and harassing you right there license information down and go back onto MyFloridaLicense.com and click on make a complaint and make a complaint against that individual and leland management company the dbpr will come out and investigate them and if the complaint is to be found it will go infront of the board and there will be consequences and if there are enough of complaints against discrimination due to race they will lose their license the property management company and the individual do not waste your time with the BBB that's why they are getting away with all this harassment and discriminating against people of color of just being rude and nasty and not following the laws which they are governed by with the dbpr with the dbpr who actually license them to be in business you just go to the website write down their license information and then click on file a complaint and someone will follow up with you I am contacting the fair housing authority and the dbpr and filing my complaint with the individuals who will get results for meVerify a license clikck herewww.myfloridalicense.com/wl11.asp?mode=1&SIDMake a complaint click herewww.myfloridalicense.com/entercomplaint.aspThis will get you results!!
Mariano was super helpful, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic. We weren't sure if we could even get a loan but with his help, we did! And afterwards, he helped us find a perfect home for our growing family.
The ratings you see are very, very old and seem to be renters. Olde Town Brokers is more than that and those are over 6 years old. When I moved into Winter Garden / Windermere three years ago, Nicole Mickle from Olde Town Brokers helped me every step of the way! I met her online via social media while I was still in Indiana. Her and her team were very easy to work with and I love the story of Olde Town Brokers. I have now gotten to know more agents at Olde Town Brokers and I'm impressed. I'm glad to see that they now have an office in downtown Windermere so more people out here will get to know them. I'm already starting to see their signs pop up everywhere out here. Thanks Nicole and thanks Olde Town Brokers on helping my family move here and follow our dreams.
