This place is a ripoff. They will bait you in with lower possible rent and then convince you to apply. Once they collect their fees, then they come back with much higher rents. Rents are variable too. They will give you the run around on returning application fee. Go elsewhere if you want to do straight-forward business
My father was admitted to Spring Hills in the fall of 2016, and he was recently denied re-admittance to the facility after a hospitalization, on the grounds that the nursing staff at Spring Hill could not provide proper care for him. This is somewhat understandable, but the manner in which it was carried out was not.The administration at Spring Hill has very poor customer service; no one ever returns phone calls or seems to listen to voice mail messages. They seem to care more about their bottom line than their residents. The support staff, who actually takes care of the residents day to day, was, for the most part, excellent and very helpful. However, the Head Nurse in charge of assessments, Sheryl, was abrasive, unsympathetic, and refused to listen to our concerns, and even lied about previous statements she made to our family. She seemed more interested in talking about herself and denied that my father received stage one bedsores from Spring Hill, even though the hospital took note of them when he was first admitted. Because of these duplicitous actions by the administration, I strongly advise thinking twice about signing up with them. Before you sign the contract and start paying, they are very nice and accommodating, but their true nature reveals itself once they have your money.
New management is doing their best and very friendly. Nice hard wood floors and spacious apartments... very affordable. I would recommend others to live here.
Nice apartment, good prices, good and reasonable management, nice pools, open parking for guests, close to major parts of Orlando.
Beautiful, cute and affordable apartment complex near lots of shops. Nice pools and good management. Great hardwood floors and spacious apartment sizes... I would recommend
No experience. Just arriving into Orlando and looking for a place to live. I understand you can help.
Be Aware when Renting Apartment. Make sure u Visit the Mailbox Centern before deciding to live in this Place. Without Mailbox you will have Problem while you live in this Complex.
We been living here and just renew for another year, we enjoy living here. I'm happy to call this place home. Linda and staff are great and she's always there to help. Lake Underhill is HOME.
Where to begin with this place... well most importantly this place is a serious health hazard. It is infested with roaches, being aware it's Fl & we've lived in Fl all our lives, the amount of roaches in this complex is extremely alarming! These German roaches are everywhere in your clean kitchens, clean bathrooms, they crawl up the walls, one even got in my nephews nose as he slept here the other night. No matter how much all of us tenants keep everything clean and sanitized the roaches are everywhere. The "property manager" Linda doesn't care one bit, to find her actually working or being in her office during working hours would be a miracle and if you dare complain to the Corporate office she will threaten you with a 7 day eviction notice. We will be calling Orange county health code enforcement, this place is unlivable. My advice is Run as fast as you can away from this roach camp ground and don't ever give your money to this complex! You're bound to get severely sick with the roach feces!
I had a horrible experience when I took my mother to a large ALF. She was neglected and left alone and we could see and smell the problems when we came to visit.Bridgeport Senior Living has been a godsend. I give them the highest marks that we are able to give. Great concept... small environment to provide the right care. Feeling very blessed to have found Bridgeport.
