Fantastic they got my mixer fixed so fast and at such a cheap price. I also took in my coffee maker after what they did for my mixer. It was out of warranty,.,,, but they said that I was close so. They talked to the factory and got them too put it under warranty for me. Instead of a $300 bill for it was a high end coffeemaker it was no charge... Thank you so much. I will be telling everyone I know how fantastic they are.
I contacted this company in their capacity as a Breville service center. After speaking to their employee who assured ne my device could be fixed after talking about the specifics, I sent it to them. I got a surly phone call about 5 days later saying that the device couldn't be fixed (like I was an idiot for even suggesting it) and that no parts at all were available. He suggssted I just buy a new $250 coffee grinder. I had to pay $30 more to get my grinder back. Total cost to me due to Southern's incompetence, unprofessionalism, and laziness: $60 wasted postage. And their return packing was as lazy as their service. I contacted Breville directly (who DOES offer parts and service all day long on this device), and they'll be fixing it. Hopefully they'll be ending their association with Southern, as well. Dealing with them is an embarrassment. Don't make the same mistake I did.
