About Search Results

YP - The Real Yellow PagesSM - helps you find the right local businesses to meet your specific needs. Search results are sorted by a combination of factors to give you a set of choices in response to your search criteria. These factors are similar to those you might use to determine which business to select from a local Yellow Pages directory, including proximity to where you are searching, expertise in the specific services or products you need, and comprehensive business information to help evaluate a business's suitability for you. “Preferred” listings, or those with featured website buttons, indicate YP advertisers who directly provide information about their businesses to help consumers make more informed buying decisions. YP advertisers receive higher placement in the default ordering of search results and may appear in sponsored listings on the top, side, or bottom of the search results page.

Pretty disappointed and horrible customer service. Worst level of professionalism I seen in a business. Hope they can learn some tact.

George left broken glass all over the ground. I don't undetstand why he didn't put something on the ground to catch the glass. I tried to talk to him about it, but he just said they only use tarps in garages. This is very dangerous to leave broken glass all over the ground. I called the company about it, but got an answering machine and they didn't call me back. Such unprofessional behavior, I will never use them again.

Windshield cracked while on vacation at a resort close to Orlando. When we got to a family member's apartment we decided that it was imperative to replace the windshield. Unfortunately, after a quick internet search, we called Auto-Glass Empire. They were the lowest quote of the several windshield replacement specialists called. We were happy that the installer would be there in just two hours and replace our windshield onsight. We were a little confused when the technician asked us to go back in the apartment and even more so when he asked for help lifting and holding the windshield in place. At time for payment we were told our quote was for the windshield cost only. The labor and adhesive were additional. Not only was the price higher but also then told that the technician only accepted cash and followed us to an ATM. 48 hours later the tape was removed and one of the pillar trims was completely shattered. Calling Auto Glass Empire and they had no record of sending anyone to us.

I purchased a new Windshield for my wifes 2006 Cadillac CTS.They came to my home to install it, charged me and left. They asked that I wait a few hours to drive it.The next evening My wife and I got in the car to find that rain seeped into the car. It was on both floor mats and saturated the frame of the window which is covered with headliner cloth.I spent the next hour drying the inside of the car with a blow dryer, and then left the car until Monday morning.I drove the car to the windshield companies place of business first thing when they opened. The window was making loud squealing noises from the open areas around the windshield.I asked them to replace the windshield while I waited. They said all they were willing to do was patch it, as trying to remove it and reseat it may crack the windshield. I stressed that I wanted it reseated, but they insisted that this would fix the problem.I waited as they did the patch work. When they were done I left and immediately heard the squealing noise again.I brought it back and asked them to re-seat it as I had asked in the first place. They refused as then they tried to tell me that since they tried to patch it, there was no way to remove it without damaging my auto interior headliner.I then told them that that was not acceptable, since the window leaks, and make a loud noise. They then said If I waited 72 hours they would try to patch it again.I then told them I wanted a full refund and I will get it done somewhere else. They refused and asked me to leave as I was visibly upset. I told them I would not leave until it was done.I then called the Orlando Florida police to get a record of this event. The police tried to get them to fix the problem, but he refused. As of right now my windshield is being replaced by another company, and you should see the charge from that very soon. They said it would be $200 because of the mess the other company made.
