Excellent Doctor and helpful staff. Surgery center is clean and efficient. Was a great experience overall. Strongly recommend.
I'm currently, in the waiting room. came in at 8:05AM it now 11:15a.m. just call twice to sign paperwork and for a place that priorities in colonoscopy their chairs are small and uncomfortable. But they'll smile at you as wait hungry in their in there lobby. two day not eating for this.
I had a very bad experience regarding billing at Citrus Ambulatory Center. I was told there would be no co-pay and the procedure was covered by insurance...so I was extremely surprised to receive a bill for $462 a month post-procedure. The billing department in Nashville was not helpful and they chose not to respond to a request for info from the Dept. of Consumer Services. I would not recommend Citrus Ambulatory to anyone unfortunately.
I had an ERCP and a Colonoscopy today at this facility. I am completely impressed with every part of this place! Everyone was professional and personable. I felt so safe and cared for. I highly recommend this place to everyone! They made a very scary experience, a lot better. One nurse even held my hand till I went to sleep. Thank you so much to all of you!
The doctors are very skilled and well versed in their specialty. The office has good off-street, free parking and the staff is friendly. There were even ipads in the exam rooms to keep you busy!
Highly recomended. The staff is very friendly. Since I arrived, made me feel calm. I want to mention who treated me with so much love: Myrna, who can understand my bad english jaja, Lexine and Meisha teach them how to say up and down in Spanish and Delayne who was to end with me when I woke up and it was so nice. Finally I thank Dr. Aggarwal for his attentions and kindness. He is a good doctor.
Highly recommend Citrus Surgical Center Delaney Ave Orlando FL... attended to by 7/8 professionals from front desk to recovery... the best over my lifetime of 25/26 procedures, surgeries and treatments over my lifetime. Excellent
I have never received such poor care and lack of attention to detail as I did at the Central Florida Gastroenterology office of Dr. Kenneth Feuer. From sloppy office staff, poor sanitation, lack of communication, and just general disorganization I would recommend others to look for alternative care in the Orlando area than the office on Turkey Lake. I waited over an hour to be seen and was left in a patient room for forty minutes with no attention or check in. This was after a verbal disagreement between the receptionist and the nurse as to who were the next patients in line in the waiting area. To which they took the gentleman who arrived ten minutes after I did and just got done filling out his registration on the iPad. (Already after my scheduled appointment time) While on the topic of the iPad for registration I had to fill it out while it was plugged into the wall behind the administration counter. People were checking in/out while I'm standing there putting in any symptoms I have experienced. In addition, the iPad was not sanitized and was greasy-GROSS. This is absolutely repulsive for a specialist office to be operated in such a sloppy manor. I will look for alternative care in the Orlando area and would advise others to look for options beyond the Central Florida Gastroenterology office of Dr. Kenneth Feuer
I've had 2 Endoscopies here in the past 2 years. Both experiences were the same. I felt comfortable from the time I walked in the door and spoke to the receptionist. Everyone was so caring and friendly. They deserve some great reviews.
He scheduled my colonoscopy at a medical facility that was crowded and made me feel uncomfortable. I wish I had asked more questions rather than trust him implicitly. However, In my screening appointment he came across as nice and pleasant.
