This is the box cover in which you chose to wrap my package into to send to me in St. Vincent. I am not satisfied and need some sort of explanation. This so called box cover added weight to my package to which I was over charged. This is not over until it's resolved. Please take a look at the unprofessional sloppy printing papers box cover.
reliable and secured shipments to Venezuela. I have sent twice with them to some remote areas in the country and everything has been delivered
Ellen W was riding in my truck illegally. Her Boyfriend didn't send BOL's for 6 weeks. He did not answer the phone when I called him for status updated. When you don't have bills you don't get paid.
FOR THE LOVE OF JESUS PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I originally read the reviews from 2009 and decided to call 407 522-8714 I spoke with a Mr SELVIN GABRIEL as claimed. Explained that I wanted a crate to Crate a WASHING MACHINE, TV, other HOUSEHOLD ITEMS. Explained that I had already received a quote for $735 this includes shipping all paper work from LAPARKAN shipping. Mr SELVIN GABRIEL then said to me on the phone NO thats too expensive your just paying for the crate and the way I ship will be a lot cheaper so don't worry. I arrived First impression was nice guy hugged and discussed Jamaica and apparently he was a top INVESTIGATOR that send his wife to school, who's family treated her very badly but he sacrificed to send her to school. LATER ON in conversation he was a top insurance agent at JAMAICA LIFE until he retired at 45 my point is he talks to pull you in. during this time we was wrapping some items together I kept asking wha is the exact cost he said don't worry I told you before it is cheaper this way.I had a 55' tv that he didn't want to crate he wanted to sent that way because he had owned the business for 20 years and never had a broken Tv. as we finished he measured weighed the goods. Then worked it out to be 83 Cubic which equaled to $863.20 plus $100 to ship the TV plus $40.00 for the wrapping and the supplies used the $18.00 for the box which came to a TOTAL OF 1021.20 WHAT!!!!!!! His reply was i'am the cheapest around no other shipping agent can beat my price hold on i already told you Laparkan already gave me that price of $735. Mr SELVIN GABRIEL then said when you go there its another story. I politely excused myself from the room as i began to feel sick from Mr SELVIN GABRIEL taking is shoes off then rubbing it with his hand. I called Laparkan $400 to ship 83 cubic plus $100 to crate the TV. God be my witness this guy didn't want to put my things back into the van. I asked him to charge me for the work that all 3 OF US DID he said I'm not charging because of my integrity. OK i need to go now please can you load my things. he refused saying he did all the hard work for other people to get the easy work overall. I had to pay $250 for him to load my things unto the truck for me to go. Mr SELVIN GABRIEL IS UNPROFESSIONAL AND A CON MAN. BE CAREFUL
This guy is a joke. He never sent gas money, the dispatcher is disrespectful and her son is also. This company had refused to pay my boyfriend his wages. Every week it's a different story. He also took advantage of an ex partner and ripped him off to the tune of 80K. There is a newly filed case (June 2015) which is more than likely just another scam. Oh, main driver is ex-con (drugs) out of California. Don't use this company. They get 1 star because I can't do zero.
The store is charging ;credit card/debit card processing fee or surcharges; that is ILLEGAL in Florida. They charge base on the purchase amount. I told the cashier and she told me that it is a regular store practice and that she will have to contact the owner or i need to pay with cash. Debit cards never never never incur on surcharges fees.
