Please read before you allow anyone from SCS Hardwood Floors into your home.My wife and I are going to have laminate flooring installed in our home. SCS Hardwood Floors, Inc. was recommended to us through a Home Advisor search inquiry. SCS Hardwood Floors has great reviews online but our experience with their door-to-door salesman was anything but great. The initial stage of our in home consultation seemed routine but things took a left turn when we started to ask simple questions such as the ones listed below. 1. What is the warranty for your product?2. Who is the manufacturer? 3. How thick is the laminate? 4. Do you have laminates with different textures than the samples you brought to our house?5. Does the price you're quoting include a vapor barrier and padding underlay?I earned a living for 5 years of my life as a salesman. These are the type of questions one would expect any informed customer to ask. The salesman measured our rooms and began to calculate how much installation would cost. He quoted his figure and I asked him "do you have any laminates at a lower price point?" This is a question I always ask, regardless to whether I'm going with the initial offer presented (I like options). As soon as I asked him about laminates at various price points other than the samples he brought to my house, the salesman said to my wife and I "I'm going to start to put my samples in the car." My wife was still on the floor looking at the samples. He abruptly collected his samples and slammed my front door without shaking my hand or saying my company will be in touch with a written quote. Even if SCS Hardwood Floors Inc. company doesn't write a formal quote on the spot (I understand some companies don't), he could have at least shook my hand before he left my house (even if he felt as though he didn't close the sale). I usually do not write online reviews. However in this case, I figured he earned it the moment he stormed out of my house and slammed the door.
They are truly amazing ❣️❣️❣️❣️❣️❣️❣️From customer service to installing cabinets and countertops ❣️❣️❣️❣️❣️
Was super excited about the larger selection they were suppose to have got to the store was so disappointed.. For a flooring store their selection was very poor.. Not a lot to look at was handed a catalog but pictures in a magazine aren't the same. I could order online if I trusted pictures.

Amazing cabinet store has such amazing customer service. They offer great quality cabinets for such a low price.
I did my whole kitchen and bathrooms with Amazing Cabinet Store and they were as I was looking for. Really good quality cabinets, very professional people and really good costumer service.
Undependable, untrustworthy, empty promises, takes your money upfront and does not complete the job. The floors looked great for a short period of time, now they are coming up all over the house. Don't throw your money anyway. Do your homework. There is nothing Royal about his company. He installed our floors in 2014, They are going to have to be replaced because he did a bad install. He layed the laminate to close to the wall, now we have bumps all over our house. He will tell you he knows what he is doing, we got conned, he has no clue, the end result we will now have to spend an additional $3000 because he is a con-artist. BEWARE!! We have no recourse, he never provided us a bill of sale..so we are basically screwed. It appears there is only 1 review on Robert Cook, and that is mine. I would be happy to provide pictures of the mess he made.
What a disappointment in service (Tammy) and product. Purchased 1300 SQFT of "high quality" laminate flooring at a good deal...I tries to find the manufacture online to comp shop...never did. Was told they make product for Shaw and were trying to sell under their own brand-First Choice. I had to drive a half a hour to avoid transfer fees to get it. They didn't have the transition pieces in stock and needed to special order...$45 in freight. Was not told this upfront. Get the floor and started to install it. It says "Tap-N-Go" but not that easy. After questioning the process of installation I called Floors Direct and they said it was normal to have to beat the floor in place. I have never had to hit something so hard....my hands started to blister after the first room. So I get through most of the install, but needed additional material. I called and was told they no longer make the particular locking system anymore and I could not use it with the floor I have....makes me wonder if they new this from the beginning and if they product was redesigned to correct the issue of difficult installation... luckily I stopped where the room meet another and could add a transition. So I asked for the additional 6 cases for pick up the next day....they assured me they had plenty of product in stock. So I made plans to pick up and finish the flooring only to get a call that they sold everything and had to drive an hour to another location...hum. I asked Tammy to order an additional transition to cover the 2 types of flooring.... she tells me they are in stock now... WHAT? All I have to say is this place is shady, dishonest and not worth the "savings " from the big box stores. No accountability or apologies form the issues. I had to follow up every time to see when the special order transitions were in. Just plain Kindergarten retail. If I had to this all over again....I would stay far away from these store.
We recently did a complete renovation of our kitchen. With no reservation, I can say that Pete and his employees were top-drawer. From selections to fabrication to installation, All Quality met or exceeded our expectations. Everyone we dealt with was knowledgeable, courteous and appreciative for our business. I couldn’t think of anything else anyone could ask from a supplier. I wouldn’t hesitate to use All Quality again or refer them to friends—in a past life, I was a building contractor and I refer companies with extreme reservation still. That said, I’m somewhat surprised at the negative comments that have shown up recently. Why anyone who’s never interacted with a company would bother to dis them baffles me. (Yeah, one of them even seems to be a serial one-star reviewer of things he never experienced. Why would someone do a thing like that?) For the actual customer who had problems, I’m sorry you didn’t find the same level of quality service my wife and I experienced. Having been a GC for 30 years, I can read between the lines and have an idea of what’s going on there. I’m also sorry for Pete and All Quality—they’ve never shown me any reason to justify an attack of that fashion. Just a sad situation all around. And, yes, I’m going to post this review everywhere I can find; and, no, I don’t work for All Quality. I just think they deserve the praise. Our thanks again to Pete, Fantasy, Mike and Robert for providing us with a pleasurable experience and giving our kitchen an incomparable flare. We get compliments constantly, but the best compliments we get are about the counter tops All Quality installed.
Stay away from this place. Do not waste your time. Especially be careful with Steve Arnold in East Orlando location. We were looking for carpets and they kept changing prices, adding some fees on listing prices. At the end we accepted the terms, prices and asked them to come and get the measurements for our place. Steve claimed that he could do it next day, however he did not even call us next day. I had to make 3 phone calls until he could schedule for the measurement. After measurements were taken, they said that our quote would be ready in half a day or less. 3 days after that, still no response. in the meantime I had to make 3 more phone calls. Still no response. They have wasted my week and lost a very loyal customer. Good job Steve Arnold!
