After arriving just slightly late for our rental, we were told our reservation was canceled. We received no notification and the we re-read the fine print on our online booking, it says nothing about reservations being canceled after a certain amount of time. They would only offer us a sports car at over double the reservation cost. We asked for any other options or solutions, they said “you can take our shuttle back to the airport.”Poor customer service, poor selection, poor experience. We lost several hours overall and we will encourage all we know to avoid Fox Rentals from now on.Their sign is just a gimmick.

This was hands down the worst car rental I have ever had the misfortune of experiencing. I rent a car 3-4 times a year and this time took a chance on company I had never used before. Big mistake. It started with being told the airport shuttle rounds every 30 minutes and waiting a full hour to get picked up and taken to the rental site, only to be greeted with a comically long line-up and crowd of people. The crowd was eager to tell me that I was looking at a ridiculous wait. As I took my place in line a gentlemen walked out with his papers and warned me he spent 2 hours in line from roughly where I was standing. "Surely he must be joking?" I thought. The line didn't look THAT long. Little did I know the agents took forever with each booking as they gave each customer an extremely hard sales pitch to buy extra insurance, toll booth passes, fuel,etc. What should be a quick and painless process with a prepaid booking turns into 30-40 minutes of arguing about insurance requirements and hard pitches on why you should prepay for an entire tank of gas. It was almost comical watching the process take place for each person ahead of me in line. The only good that came out of this nightmare of a booking was making new friends in the ridiculously long lineup. The folks in line with me were all convinced they would dispatch with the agents ridiculous attempts at selling insurance and be on their way faster than the customers that went before. Sadly I watched each and every one struggle with the agents and yet when it was my turn I put up just as big as a fight declining insurance, gas, etc. All told it took me nearly 45 minutes dealing with an agent. This was AFTER standing in line for 2 hours and waiting an hour for the shuttle. Will I ever use this company again? Not a chance. I would rather buy a car for a week and then sell it before I would use this company again. I urge you to avoid this location. Spend the extra $50 to go elsewhere and save your sanity.
This car rental place was hands down the best ... I needed a ride from Orlando airport to port Carnaval for my cruise... I didn't book the shuttle in time and looked up an uber ... the uber was 120$ one way and would be 118$ on the way back ... I said for 238$ I could rent a damn car ... so I looked up priceless and there you have it a nice good new car for 12 $ a day (my cruise was only 4 days ) you do the math !!! I save more money renting the car and parking it at the port ! Than taking an uber !! Priceless picked me up from the airport with in Minutes of reserving my car... then when I returned it the shuttle was there to drop me off at the airport before I could turn around... thanks priceless you are truly priceless and made my trip to the Bahamas even more priceless

If I could give them a 0 star rating I would. We didn't realize that this was an off airport property rental company - but that isn't the problem. We got on the shuttle with our 4 children and all of our luggage and pulled into a dark parking lot where the outside lights didn't work. There were at least 30 other people inside. After waiting in line for an hour, it was finally our turn. After talking to them for 15 minutes they told us they wouldn't accept the rental insurance that I had already paid for, nor would they accept our personal car insurance - they wanted us to pay for MORE insurance through them. No thanks. We packed our stuff back on the shuttle and went elsewhere.While we were waiting, two other people left for the same reasons and also a handful of people left because they didn't even have the cars they rented at the lot. Worst rental experience of my life and will NEVER use Fox Rent a Car again.
I just wanted to stop by and thanks this company for the great service that I received in the past week. They when beyond of great service, special thanks to Hector our driver who not just drive for us, he also took a very care of us, it was very hot outside and we had a very long fly. When a big smile he right away got our bags and when we got in to the car offer us refreshment. (Nothing like a cool bottle of water)Thank you Hector and thanks to this company. You guy are doing great!!!
As for the service, we have no complaints! Everyone who helped us was extremely nice. They did a great job, and the cars seemed to be in great shape! My only thing would be just make sure to document the dings or scratches with the agent in the outside desk before leaving the airport. They will write them down to make sure you aren't charged. As a side note, they do have great prices. Maybe because it isn't as well known as Hertz or Enterprise? It's worth a try!

Not a bad experience. It is an off-site car rental place so keep in mind that it takes time for the shuttle to pick you up and vice versa. Had a good experience. the staff was friendly and the car was clean and new.
