I have been paying on my car for over 3 years and is still being harassed and threatened about a car that I am clearly up to date with my payments. I have received numerous text messages and phone calls Sunday through Wednesday from the accountant Stu reminding me that I have an upcoming payment when he has already given me a print of the due dates and payments for the entire contract. Sometimes, I have even received texts after business hours as late as 11 pm. One time, he threatened to repo my car because I did not respond fast enough for him. I didn't even have a car payment due yet. It was very unprofessional. I have kept track of every payment that I have ever made to carville usa on west colonial drive being that I have kept my own receipt book. I am almost finished paying for my car. I have paid over $11,000 on my vehicle and now he's telling me that I am behind on my car payment. He has reached to members of family telling them that if I do not pay the $300 and something dollars that he's telling me I am behind on that he will repo my car ASAP. I have all 54 of my payment receipts that he has signed. So I am definitely not behind on anything. I asked him to show me where I am behind and couldn't. He then ripped up my checks that I wrote in front of Jimmy and other customers which was very unprofessional. Stu is claiming that I am behind on my payments. But he just ripped up 3 checks which were my next 3 upcoming car payments. Pure ignorance is sad. So now I have to take Carville USA to court to get all of my money back due to this harassment.

U don't want to buy a car from this place @ all...I brought 3 cars from this dealership paid off one only because they took over the loan from another location. Then the motor went out in that car so I traded it in for another car..When that car broke down ball joint came out. I paid to repair that part a week later the other side broke the price that they charged me was crazy so I let the car go back. I also brought a car for my son which that car was always breaking down and the only reason I kept it was because my son liked working on the car. This after paying almost $2385 for this car and possible $2200 remaining this dealership repos the car for $85.00 that he agreed that he would accept on 06/06/2014. He junked the car refused to allow us to get our belongings out of the car and refused to inform us that he had repoed the car.PLEASE DON'T BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP THE CAR WILL RUN TIL YOU GET IT OFF THE LOT THEN IT WILL BREAK DOWN AND HE WILL CHARGE YOU A ARM AND LEG AND SOMEONE ELSE LEG TO REPAIR THE CAR .....

I do not recommend Embroidery Solutions due to the poor customer service. Embroidery Solutions has been used by my company on numerous occasions for embroidered shirts. Recently I purchased another 2 shirts for myself. Right away the shirts started to de-thread. The threads were pulling from a number of different locations on each shirt and created very noticeable lines. This happened to the point that by the third time I went to wear one shirt it was in such poor condition I couldn't wear it. It was obvious that the fabric was defective because of the random nature of the threads being pulled. Even though it was clearly obvious that no normal wear would have caused such a defect and even though he couldn't imagine what I could have done to cause the problem the owner refused to replace the shirts or make amends in anyway. Instead, he actually hung up on me when I asked him to think of anything a person could have done to cause such a random anomaly. IMPRESSIVE!If I could give less than one star I would. Bad form ESI.
