Our family was very impressed with their service. They were on time with a professional uniformed driver. Clean and comfortable vehicle and we saved nearly 50% compared to the cruise line bus. Would recommend them to friends & family. We give them an A rating.
Service was good until today. The owner who never has transported my dad until today. He was told about my dad's condition and it didn't matter. My dad was in pain the entire ride from the rough driving. This company will never be used again by us.

I travel to the Orlando area frequently and always rent a car for my stay. It's a annoying experience at best but a necessary one. I've had good and bad experiences. But my most recent experience with ACO was the worst ever. I never take the Agency's insurance. I sign the paper and we are done! This agency made me produce proof of insurance and charged me an additional 10.00 per day to NOT take theirs. They also told me that even though their cars were equipped with SunPass for which they charge 4.00 a day plus the tolls. I explained I had my own SunPass that I had replenished before my trip. The counter person assured me I could use mine. Not so! I called SunPass before driving off the lot and was told there was already an account for that plate # so I could not put it on mine. I went back in and asked for a car without it or to have them disable ior remove the device. He told me it couldn't be done and "just pay cash at the tolls"the reason I bought a SunPass was so I would've have to deal with the hassle of paying cash. Frustrated and anxious to be on my way, I just left. When I was about 1/2 hour from my destination, the Tire Pressure warning light came on. Feeling that this was a dangerous situation, I called first thing the next morning to report it and ask that they bring me a different car. They flat out refused and told me it was my responsibility to bring the car back to them!!!! After a one hour runaround and speaking to managers and supervisors, the answer was always the same. Since I did not purchase the additional road service from them, it was MY responsibility to get the car back to them. Not their responsibility to provide me with a safe and properly maintained car. I had to buy a tire gauge and put air in 3 of the tires three times. Not what I want to do on vacation while paying for a car. I would advise anyone planning a trip to Orlando to avoid this agent at all costs. They are the worst I have ever encountered and I have used a lot of different ones
I called for a cab ride from my hotel and wanted to take a trip to Disney water park and I asked for a big size car so all four of us can fit comfortably. The guy showed up with nice Lincon Town car which fits all of us well and the ride was pleasant. So the next day, we needed to head to the airport, immediate I call them. This time it was to my surprise, he showed up with a Escalade. We enjoyed both rides with them. They are very professional and courtesy. Strongly recommend to cab company to anyone.
The Orlando location was the worst experience I've every had. One shuttle that if you are lucky comes every 45 minutes. The car I rented had over 60K miles and shook while driving 65. It felt as if the tires were going to fall off. Expect to be hit with the mandatory $10 per a day recovery fee if you decline the optional insurance. This WILL NOT show up in the reservation details you receive under TOTAL rental cost. Avoid this company at all cost!!!
A Benton Global driver drove through a car only parking lot and damaged my car. While attempting to turn, the back bumper of the truck lifted the car and moved it which disabled the vehicle and destroyed the bumper. The damage is well documented as surveillance cameras show the car before the truck arrived and moved afterwards. This is happened over six months ago. After a collection agency repeatedly contacted Benton, there has been no response. This company self-insures and does not pay for the damage they cause.
