Unfortunately you can't give negative stars because that's what this place deserves. By far the worst experience I have ever had in a beauty salon. Ingrid (the instructor) is rude and completely unprofessional.Do not, under any circumstances go to this "salon". You will have a terrible experience. Not only will they disregard what you ask for and do their own thing. They will charge you a ton of money for terrible products. They will not educate you on the maintenance your service requires, and then when your color is COMPLETELY gone after 2 washes, (I don't even use regular shampoo, I use cleansing conditioner) they will tell you it's another $40 dollars for them to fix it. Worst customer service ever. They don't even use enough product in your hair, as I had a bunch of random, patchy blonde chunks. Don't let the low prices fool you, they will butcher your hair and won't even fix it. After I said that I wouldn't let them touch my hair again did she say that she'd fix it for free, she's so smug. I have never said this to anybody but that woman should be fired. That salon is unprofessional, run down, dirty, you will sit there forever and have a million people work on your hair. If you have the slightest amount of love and respect for your hair you will not go to this terrible chop shop. I walked in with beautiful hair and I left looking ridiculous, and pretty pissed. Ingrid was so rude, newsflash Ingrid, in the world of customer service the customer is always right. You should have at least given me some of my money back, then maybe I would have rated it 2 stars. This is why this place has terrible reviews. People please disregard the scarce good reviews and listen to the bad ones. I believed the good ones, and look where it got me, writing another bad review. They are teaching the students to do whatever they want to people's hair, and be rude to them when you have a problem with your hair. Awful, disgusting, unprofessional, scum. Your hair does not need this place.
I will not recommend this place. The lady of the front desk is always in bad mood. I went to do my nails and the person did a horrible job, she left scratches in my nails, hurt and burn my fingers around the nail with the machine to smooth the gel, my nails were totally damage. I had nail polish in the skin around the nails and left threats of cotton in the nail polish nothing smooth. HORRIBLE JOB !!!
Love Vicky always does great job.thry have online check in.....i l9ve my hair every time she does.....
The service is amazing and the Stylists there are very skilled and respectful, I left feeling i got my money's worth.I will absolutely come back the next time I need to feel like a Klassic Lady.
Great place to unwind and receive quality hair & skin services in a casual and stress free environment.
I have been going to Jerry Blankenship for 18 years. He is the "Best" colorist and stylist ever in the Orlando area. I have witnessed the wonders of others he has done with others through the years as well.I once had a beautician say "I am a beautician not a magician" Well my friends and followers Jerry is both!!!!!
Losing my hair to illness destroyed my self-esteem. Sarah was so helpful and when my hair peice came in the fit, feel and look was 100% natural. My granddaughter thought that my hair grew back fast. I can't thank her enough for restoring my peice of mind and self-respect.
Gorgeous salon and best one I have been to in Orlando! All of the stylists make sure that you are well taken care of and you walk out looking beautiful. Highly recommended.
I have been going to this salon for the past 3 years the stylists are extremely professional, knowledgeable and precise. I have recently moved to the Tampa area and I still make my appointments, the drive is well worth the drive. This family of stylists can manage any hair texture and not only can you get your hair pampered you can also get your hands and feet pampered. I wouldn't go anywhere else!! All of the ladies are amazing but Mrs. Dee is one of my favorite stylists! -Keiya
HI, I would like to share my experience at Prive with everyone else. Last April I went there for a Palliage, I walked in with a long black hair that almost reached my waist line and after a long agonizing 6 hours ordeal I walked out with a burned hair barely covering the back of my neck. Thanks to Allan who obviously has no clue how to do anything at all, he kept coming and going leaving me there without even checking my hair. Finally when he decided it was time and realizing that my hair was totally burned he panicked and started telling me that I am better off not washing it or using a hair dryer for some time suggesting that I should leave and come back after few days, meanwhile my hair was coming out into my hands while I was checking it. As for the salon their only response was drying my hair and cutting it to a level where it was not burned, even that they sucked in doing and then offered me some lousy hair product that should magically help to grow back my hair with no intention of any kind of disciplinary action against the genius who burned my hair, I am 32 years old and it took me my entire life to grow my hair to the length it used to be. Till now I still have parts of what remained of my hair coming off and Styling it is not possible anymore. The only thing that prevented me from suing him was that I was visiting the US and do not have the time or knowledge on how to properly do it. I am certainly not going back there ever and if you must at least avoid Allan if you want to keep your hair .
