I tried almost every salon for my skin and hair needs, but since the day I went to Sanctuary I knew I can now settle down. Pareen, Ariel, Alder, and Maria are all wonderful. They listen to my needs and give the right suggestions without ever being pushy. I don't think I will ever need to switch to another salon.

This salon was highly recommended by the hotel staff when in town for business. The salon is very clean and relaxing atmosphere. They have so many type of pedicures to choose from. I saw they do hair at this salon as well, but I didn't have time to try, I was so relaxed after receiving a massage, the BEST. This place is like a one stop salon, they service almost everything. My feet feel good, nails look great and so relaxed! Ask for Mimi she does a great job! I highly recommend this salon if you want exceptional service. Will be back next time I'm in town. This place is terrible. Do not waste your time or money. My pedicure was a mess, and the lady cut my toenails at the corners for no reason and it looks a mess. On top of that the manicure they said could be done, was not able to be done and I asked to switch it and I was told I was wasting their time. This place is a joke and they are extremely rude! Go to Crystals (formerly Rihanna's in the UCF plaza if you want great service and a wonderful experience!)
My husband gifted me a Spa Package from Sanctuary Salon & Med Spa. I thought it would be a simple facial and manicure but it included so much more!! It was the perfect birthday gift for me to relax at the spa. I felt so relaxed at the end of the package. I have to thank Marlow, the manager, who did everything she could to make me comfortable.
