I have nothing but problems from May of 2014 to this very year.IF I start I will run out of space here..WORST cable company I have ever had in all the years I have had cable.
We have had nothing but problems since this company took over Marco Island Cable. Their equipment must be obsolete because there are constant issues with poor reception. Their billing practices are the worst I have ever seen with any company. Extremely long bills that are impossible to decipher. I needed a new HD box and drove an hour to their office -- where I was given the wrong box even after they looked at my account and should have known what I needed. Seems to be a poorly run company.
Matt & Kyle were awesome! I cracked my iphone 6 screen and completely dismantled it trying to fix it on my own. I should have just went to All Cell Repairs and it would have saved me the time & hassle. I came in, told them the issues, and they fixed my screen & powerflex fast & efficiently at a decent price. My phone looks & acts brand new. I would definitely recommend anyone to come here next time they need cell phone repairs.

Pain to deal with. They came to fix my cable box and replaced it with an older model that was broken, just in a different way. So I ordered Direct TV. Sooo much better than Brighthouse. When I called to cancel they said don't do that, they have a two year contract. Yes they do. I would have signed a five year contract to make the upgrade from Brighthouse. Goodbye and good riddance.
We recently received a letter stating that our water rates would be increasing October 1, 2012. We are using water that smells and is not drinkable. We have to purchase all of our drinking water. I think it is" highway robbery" to place an increase on the Wedgefield community considering the water quality we are now faced with.
Buffet style with reasonable prices. Excellent service from Angela, very tender and well cooked food, absolutely no objections to the quality of food. Awesome Brazilian cooked meals with a "made at home" feel & taste!
"Hello Friend" here is your bill with a $100 a year increase. Because we are your friend we know you won't mind the increase for the same poor service. "Hello Friend" less than 6 months late another increase of over a $110 a year. I sure am glad I don't have any more friends like them or I would be broke. If you want to be my friend STOP abusing me.
