An apartment pays an administration to be serviced externally in order to maintain or increase its value, if you pay $ 368.55 per month. expects impeccable maintenance, if the money according to the administration is not enough: 1 is stealing it or 2 is embezzling. Who answers for it? see the photos
They have charged us for every key possible. The laundry closes way earlier than 8pm and the hours for it are ridiculous because some of us work layer than 8pm and have time to laundry after work. So inconvenient. The gate is either always busted, doesn't work or is open for drug dealers and thugs to come in. My guest can't seem to be able to get in when they dial in my gate code. The property manager is extremely rude and loves to harass tenants, and even though she lives and works here in America, she doesn't speak and refuses to speak in English. My husband tried explaining in English something to her and she brushed him off by saying 'I don't speak English and walked off. The apartment is crawling with roaches no matter how much we fumigate, clean or sign up for pest control. The stair hallway smells like mold and the pool is disgusting. Definitely no such thing as great customer service when it comes to the front office and way over priced for what you're put through by living here. Great neighbors, terrible condominium complex.
During the early morning of Friday 4/8/2016, I spent nearly 3 hours in order to retrieve my vehicle which was towed from the Stonebridge Commons Visitor Parking lot. First and foremost, I DO have a visitors parking permit. My vehicle was towed at 12:08 a.m. and at 12:15 a.m. I was walking out to my vehicle to put the pass out there. While I was with my friend, he remembered that I needed to put the parking permit in my car, but it was too late. To illustrate the headache that I faced: First, I had to find which towing company hauled my vehicle. Second, I had to call an uber and pay additional fees to get to the location. Third, the location was 30 minutes away. Now, I don’t know if any of you have actually been to Priority One Towing at 1:30 a.m., but it is definitely not a fun place to be. It’s located in the belly of an industrial park. It took my uber driver literally 10 minutes to find the location of the worn down trailer.
Absolutely the worst place to live at. The worst racist HOA policies to target mostly minorities who are renters. save yourself the agony and live somewhere else. Unless you own there and you are white, then you are not welcome. we are moving out and so many of our neighbors who can'take tolerate this hoa rules. Mass exit and the hoa is hoping for people who don'the know any better. invasion of privacy, taking Law into own hands, ridiculous parking policies, ridiculous restrictions on resident and guest entry, no grills, early closure of pool over the summer and so on....basically you have an hoa that all it can decide is on how to harass and make residents information miserable. stay away and far as you can from this place
This the worst place I have ever lived! Very unprofessional. They recently cut their maintenance staff, and now the grounds are littered with trash. Instead of keeping enough staff to care for this location, they decided to spend their budget on painting "Visitor Parking" and "No Parking" on a few parking spaces. They harassed everyone with threatening letters regarding registration of their vehicles. Their deadline has passed, and many of the vehicles parked are still without the required sticker, but my roommates vehicle was towed. We complied and had the required sticker. In addition, my other roommates vehicle was broken into and $300 pair of prescription sunglasses were taken. My bicycle was also stolen right off my porch. There is no security (despite signs saying there is) and crime is a regular issue here. Had I known how bad it was here I would never have moved in.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!From the outside looking in, this place looks like a great place to live. It's quiet at night, the grass is up kept, and it's relatively clean but the staff in this office is ATROCIOUS!!! They are unprofessional, and they try to be but they just come off as sarcastic and rude. We have been living here for a year now and there are things in my apartment that have been BROKEN since I first moved in that have not been fixed TIL THIS DAY. And I have put in TWO WORKS ORDERS at TEO DIFFERENT TIMES and still the main stuff that I am sure they're going to charge is for when we leave ARE STILL BROKEN. There has been two fires in the last two months that have destroyed lots of homes. The first fire took out a whole two balconies and they didn't even fix the fire damage on the inside they just patched it up and moved on. I wish we never wasted our money here, it was a terrible experience.
Do not rent here. Rude and unprofessional management. The place is falling apart, they only care about taking your money. Current resident
Nice to know with so many new management service companies springing up with no real experience where you're just another number that Don Asher & Associates is still there providing their clients the highest level of service in the industry. The entire staff are true professionals offering a level of expertise you just can't find elsewhere. If you're looking for the best managment services for your community at the best value around, I'd recommend giving them a call.
It has the worst management company, pool has been closed for the health department for more than a year, place is not very clean, no landscape, sod are dead due to the sprinklers not working... So bad... watch the video and see how it used to be, now see the pics.
I lived here for two years. It wasn't terrible. The management/maintenance was nice. Some of the people who lived here were not. There was often trash littered around. There was some crime, probably due to the location. But it was a MUCH better option than student living.
