Spending the weekend in Orlando attending meetings, I stopped into this International Drive location of Denny's despite some of the negative reviews. By myself, I sat at the counter and was served by Shawna S.A Crazy Spicy Skillet, ice water and BOLD coffee for my breakfast order. Cream and sugar on the side. Polite and friendly service - sitting at the counter does have privileges as Shawna returned quite often making inquiry whether I wanted more coffee or water. Speaking of coffee - always order the BOLD at Denny's as more often than not, they will make a fresh pot. Food was sizzling and "skillet" hot. Restrooms and restaurant were clean. Parking was a bit tight. Overall, no problems or issues. William E. Lewis Jr.Vero Beach, Florida.

Was seated at the low top. Ordered drink and food. Drink was delivered and I felt something crawling on me. Looked down on my arm and there was a 2 inch long cockroach on me. I knocked it off me told the server and they said nothing. I got up and walked out. Suggestion.... stop wiping and throwing food onto the floor your whole shift. You and your customers step in it and track it all over the store and parking lot. Nasty. Clean up as you go.
Despite the other reviews my family and I had a very good experience. Waitress was very friendly and helpful. And food was good.
Had a 15 min wait which was not bad. Fast service. Good food & Alex our waiter was Awesome! Recommend it highly!
Hostess great! Food and service poor. Will never return to this denny's. Burned the eggs and bacon hushpuppies. Eggs were tasty but returned the puppies; when puppies returned combined with my friends order. I didn't like that! Epic fail!
The service was terrible. None of the staff even knows how to say "you're welcome" no manners. Terrible customer service. The food presentation looked like a toddler put the plates together. I won't be back.
I wanted to take my son to breakfast for Veterans Day. We were seated right away, but after 10 minutes without even so much as a "be with you in a moment," we decided to leave. If the restaurant had been busy, I might have understood, but it was not. I was sorely disappointed.
In a nearly empty restaurant, it should not take more than an hour to get food. When the food does come, it shouldn't be cold and inedible. My BLT had one slice of tomato and the merest scraping of mayo. A friend had the chicken fried steak, which was overcooked and also cold. Horrible food and poor service mean I will not be returning to this Dennys.
I gave a star for the hostess.
Very nice and attentive staff.
