I´ve bought a phone on 2 february and I claimed it the following day due to a trouble with the memory card. So, they told me that they would refund the money but they didnt do it yet. Besides, I am looking for a mobile number to speak with them, because the number which is here is from USA, and i am from Argentina, so i cant communicate, thankss

Carlos and family are a family owned business that I believe are over booking themselves and are not the greatest of time managers and or schedulers. Ultimately, they cannot keep up with business they schedule. I had them install surround sound, mount a TV and install cameras. About the only thing that has worked out well has been the installation of the TV, which I must say they are very good at. If you look at the reviews TV's is the just of them. They mounted everything the way I wanted, the problem is the equipment has given me problems since installation. When I contact Carlos, he says he will get back with you and he does not. You have to call over and over again, it's ridiculous. When Carlos and his wife came out they originally said one day for installation. Then after the contract was signed they said two, two became three. They came out all three days two to four hours late. Instead of them calling me that they were going to be late I had to call to ask what time they were coming. The first day they came late, they worked 1 hour and 45 minutes and then went to lunch. The second day they came late again and worked until approximately 8pm. Could not finish so it went into a third day. I don't believe they estimated or took the time to look at how much work it would take to get done. On the third day, they came in the afternoon, approximately 4 hours late. Again, I had to call and ask when they were coming. Since the equipment was installed I have had 3 different issues with my camera's. Two of them were with the site you use to check on activity if needed. It went out and it took forever to get the Miami office to call. I waited 4 different days at home for them to call. Each time texting Carlos that they have not called, each time getting more and more frustrated. Finally, I told him I was going to put a review on the website and suddenly I get called by Miami. It's like you have to threaten him to get things done. I have caught him in lies and he has an excuse for what happened. At first, I gave him the benefit of a doubt. It got worse and worse.The equipment installed for the surround sound was ONKYO/True Audio. Recommend not buying it. It's not user friendly, you don't know if it will work properly after the weekly updates. Every time I get it fixed something else happens. It’s like it has its own mind. Every time it goes out I have to get a hold of Carlos and his family about coming out and fixing it. This last time my bedroom would not work on Spotify, Pandora, etc. I wake up in the morning after turning it off the night before and my remote does not work the next day. I text Carlos (3 times) and his wife once, each time they said they would call and did not. The last time he said he would come out the following week and I told him to give a date and time. He said OK and once again it never happened. He Facetimed and hung up. Did not call and leave a message or let me know nothing. Not calling or promising to call happened numerous times. One thing about texts, they don't lie. I could go on and on and on but I would be writing all day. Bottom line, very nice family, they really are. Running a business though is not just being nice, a lot to improve on. If you look at most of their reviews they are on mounting TV's. The work was as anticipated but there were things that could have been done differently in my Lanai, covering up things while work was being done. Lastly the difficulty in getting them back out and or getting things fixed. I am retired Military and there are a few things that upset me. Lying, lateness and broken promises are three of them.If you do use this business I hope you’re not 60 miles away as I am. I believe this plays a role in why it is difficult getting Carlos out here. Ruben is an excellent technitian, he replaced my screen for way less than anywhere else and did a great job, the screen looks and feels amazing and he took no time to fix it, i would highly recommend his services
Ruben is a baazard tech he helped me with my IPad and IPhone 6s battery. After the service was done it lasted for a long period of time.

En el mes de febrero, hemos comprado en el negocio una Play Station 4, a un precio más alto de lo de mercado, con la promesa de uno de los vendedores, de origen peruano, que incluía cuatro juegos para bajar por internet.Lamentablemente esto no fue así. Los juegos que se pueden bajar son sólo demos y no existe en el mercado ninguna opción de venta de Play Station con estas características.Hemos llamado ya muchas veces al negocio y no nos quieren atender, nos cortan la comunicación. Lo que queremos solicitar es que por lo menos nos envíen a Argentina algunos juegos o nos pasen algunos códigos para poder bajarlos, y así poder compensar la diferencia de dinero que nos hicieron pagar.He verificado comentarios en google respecto de este negocio, y pareciera que mucha gente ha tenido problemas con ellos, puesto que venden productos que no cumplen con las características y estafan a los turistas con mentiras.Por mi parte, seguiré viendo de hacer denuncias en portales o en el Municipio de Orlando para que tomen las medidas del caso.
