Talk about MIND BLOWING!From the very first second I called in to get a quote, there was an absolute feeling of calm and peace...not to mention a little disbelief.Here's the story....I'd been in Orlando and had to ruch back to Miami for the birth of my first son.To be honest, I was supposed to leave out teh night prior - but due to a collision that happened Friday night, a part connecting the power steering hose to the actual pump was contacing the belt for the ending in my new 2006 Chrysler 300.I called several places that I looked up on Google.There prices - Extremely uncomfortable, Totally irrational, and beyond my logic.500 to 600 bucks to change out an alternator??? (If I had the tools, I'd do it my darn self)Anyhow, after a long night of "what am I gonna do, and how am I gonna work this situation out", I thought outside of the box. I thought of some local AAA approved facilities, and a few ASA facilities.This nice little shop on 3155 Clemson Road - just off John Young Pkwy - comes up.It was called, "The Car Spa".I thought to myself, 'nice name'. But all I really wanna know is, 1. How much and 2. How soon?Long story short, what I thought was an alternator was more of a byproduct of the collision. Mike Hoffman - a smoot cool dude that actually has manuals of how to repair vehicles dating back to the 1960's came up to speak with me. I explained my woes, and he gave me the green light to leave, while he went to work replacning the alternator that costed under 150.00 from Advanced Auto Parts, and the caost of Labor - measely $80 bones!!! (Did I mention I love mike and hellen hoffman now???? )So, not even 5 minutes after I've driven off, Mikey calls me back letting me know my alternator was in peak condition, but becuase the of the collision, there was some slippage on the belt - which came form the power steering fluid leak. This made the battery light come on...(I thought it was due to my mean sound system draining the alternator even though I added a capicitor).Mike said he'd get the work done, and he did just that. See, the power steering had gone out, so driving that big silver bullet was like going on a ruck march with a 100lb ruck sack on your back. When I got back to the shop, not only was my vehicle driving like new, Heck, they even gave me a few gifts for me and my soon to be born son - who will be a Junior.Hellen handles the business administration while Mike and the crew take care of turning wrenches and diagnostics. To sum things up:What I received from The Car Spa was Rolls Royce caliber service at Thrift Shop prices.You're gonna love these people. The next time I come up, God willing, I'm gonna stop by to say whats up to Mike, Hellen and the gentelman that answered the phone. I've never taken the time to write a review, and honestly, I'm leaving out a ton of good stuff from this - already too lond as it is - review. Never the less, when someone cant breathe, and in comes a fresh new pair of lungs at no real sacrifice, not only are they happy they can breathe again, but every breath they take is in memory of the person that provided that source of air. These guys are awesome. Thanking God for great people and good business. Did I mention, respectable prices???
Our car, too, broke down the night of our last day at Disney, Saturday, the day after Christmas! We were supposed to check out the next morning by 10AM and two of us had to be at the airport by noon. It was already after 6PM, Saturday, of a holiday weekend. Luckily, the car was in it's parking spot at the resort, but was stuck in reverse, and when we shut it off, it would not start. We called the front desk at the resort- absolutely NO HELP. We called AAA, they set up a tow to a 24 hour repair shop, which we quickly found out was a lie, no 24 hour repair shop exists (at least not on Christmas weekend). So, next, we were faced with the possibility of towing the car 150 miles to my parents home town, and renting a car to get to the airport and for the rest of us to ultimately get home- lots of money, but necessary. I was SO GLAD to find "Frank's Mobile Auto Mechanic" website on my cell phone, while my parents were trying to decide what to do next. We had another option!! We called Frank and left a message, he returned the call within the next hour. My Dad had trouble understanding Frank, so I did the talking. After I explained what happened to the car over the phone, he assured me he could fix it and he could come early the next morning. He knew exactly where we were, he had been to our resort before. He impressed me from the start, he has a great personality, a list of work experiences at several dealer auto repair shops, and he genuinely wanted to help us get our car fixed so we could be on our way. Like the other reviewer that described his van, he has everything he needed, and he had the part with him to fix our car. He permanently patched the gear shift cable as good as new, better than the dealer, and only charged us a little over $100 (85 to come out & 20 for the part). The car started up and the gear shifter works as good as new. We, also, were glad to tip him, he saved us so much time, stress and worry. And, we didn't even have to leave the comfort of our resort room. We continued to pack up the car while he worked on it in the parking lot that morning. This could have been a terrible ending to our wonderful Christmas vacation. His service is invaluable and I can't imagine what we would have had to endure if we hadn't called him. THANKS FRANK!!
Very pleasant experience at classic mazda Orlando. After going to a dealership in miami ( brickell mazda) in search of my car (2015 mazda 3) I left the place totally disappointed because of continuos lies and games played by their sellers .I contacted classic mazda, they answered every single question I had, no matter how dumb it was, they were always there, also they always respected my privacy, I asked them to only contact me via email or text message and that is exactly what they did,Never received a call from them, other dealerships would keep on calling and leaving voice mails even when you ask them not to, but these guys are respectful. They are also very professional and down to earth, when you get to know them it doesn't really feel like you are dealing with a seller, it is more like a friend and that goes for everyone at classic mazda. I arrived there and was greeted by everyone, even when I wasn't sure I was going to purchase the car, they had free BBQ and drinks for everyone and I gladly took some. They allowed me to test drive two brand new cars of my preference without any excuses or restrictions, the seller that received me, Mr. Orville Williams was a tremendous host, always open for questions and always joking and smiling, made me feel great, Not like I was going to get robbed as you feel at some other dealerships, shane wood's, sales manager is great, never told a lie,always responsive and attentive and he made sure I understood every single thing from the car to the finance terms and everything else, finally the finance person, a gentleman from Egypt who's name I just cannot remember, he was great as well, everything well laid out on the table, well explained, very serious and professional and he made sure I understood every single thing before signing anything. Overall classic mazda is probably the best dealership there is out there, I highly recommend it. I am now driving and loving my new 2015 mazda 3 I got for 0.9 % apr. Other dealerships were offering 10 % and up so thanks to these guys I am now driving a car I love for an excellent price. Thank you!
I pass by MCJ Everyday on my way to work, and I look at this gorgeous Cadillac that sits out front. So I've been looking and wanting that car for a few weeks now. But given some of the reviews I have seen I have been reluctant to stop in, well today I got the nerve and grabbed my BF and went in. I was taken back by the staff, they seemed almost overly concerned trying make me comfortable. Apparently they have made recent staff and management changes, and oh man are they pushing the customer comes first stuff, coffee, snack.. you name it. So easy going, no pressure.. I looked at MY Caddy ;) then looked at few higher priced vehicles. I was expecting them to push me toward a higher priced car, but they were cool and they were happy to sell me the exact car I was looking for! Paperwork took a little while :( but there was A/C and a TV, the financing went through without an issue and I even got them to lower my monthly without much debate at all. Afterward I took the car directly to the Aamco right up the road, (Just to be safe, as I have bought a used car before ;) ) since I know one of the guys who works there, he took a good look under the car and hood and said it looks like I got a good deal! YES! so happy... So I don't know what all the review huff is about but I got treated like a queen and got the EXACT car I wanted at a price I could deal with AND the car checked out 100% As far as I am concerned MCJ is #1 Never been happier! -Sarah E- Oviedo P.S. I borrowed my friend’s car when I was in Orlando visiting Universal. The first day everything was fine and I packed my friends in the SUV and we enjoyed the park. But the second day, the A/C stopped working! We also noticed that the check engine light was on. I felt like it was my responsibility since I borrowed the car, so I looked up repair services that were close to us.When I called City Garage, they were very friendly and said they could take a look right away. They reassured me that it probably wasn’t something serious and a quick oil change and repair of a small A/C leak might be all that was needed. I dropped the car off that morning and spend the rest of the day at the park with my friends.I got a call from City Garage before the end of the day. They said the car was fixed and explained that they changed the oil, added refrigerant to the AC, and checked several other things to make sure the car was running properly. I was able to pick up the car before 5 PM, and the best part was the bill! I have never had a car repair be so cheap! I was expecting hundreds of dollars like I was used to, but this bill wasn’t even half of what I thought it would be. If you live in the Orlando area, please don’t bring your cars to the dealer to have them serviced, especially with little problems like I had. City Garage has amazing, fast service for less than half the price of other places! As it turns out, my friend was having problems with the AC before, so I wasn’t the one who broke it (so relieved!). I told her about this place and she plans to use them for any future needs.
WOW is how I describe the treatment I received at All Transmission World where Tanner is the Manager. Tanner is PHENOMENAL. I brought my 1997 Toyota truck there for 2 separate issues. On both occasions, Tanner and his team found and resolved the problems quickly and correctly. I was on a very tight budget but needed the truck fixed, and Tanner helped me find the most economical solution for the problems I had with my clutch and master and slave cylinders. He thoroughly explained the problem after the diagnostic they perform and how to fix it correctly. I had brought the truck previously to 2 other mechanics where I did not get an explanation of the problem and spent over $800 to fix it, the others were unable to correctly diagnose the issue and hence did not correctly repair the vehicle and soon after the truck broke down again. This is when I found Tanner and All Transmission World. Dealing with Tanner and his extensive knowledge of auto repair and his honest business dealings was and is a breath of fresh air. As a woman, it is especially nice to have found someone who treats you fairly and not try to take advantage but to go above and beyond to help. I will continue to take my vehicle to him for any auto repair they can do and I refer him to my family and colleagues as well. I trust him, his judgment and to really take care of me, his customer. Tanner is a rare person in this day and age. He is a great asset to All Transmission World.
Did my usual "Looking" for a new car drive up and down 50, stopped in at a few of the usual spots to see if they had anything new.I usually don't stop in at McJ's but I figured why not. Spotted out a very nice Volvo, asked for a price.. as I expected.. too much. So I continued looking around the lot, then a salesman I believe his name was Martin started asking me if I needed help. I told him I was just looking and he did not press the subject he stated he noticed me looking at the Volvo. I told him I liked it but it was too much, we went back and forth for a while and he went inside to inquire with the manager about the car.Ten minutes later he came back out and said I should come inside and we could discuss the car if I wanted. So I did.. They were able to drop a few fee's and get the price right at the top of my budget, but I wanted the car, so I caved. Wound up driving it off the lot that afternoon.I did spend a little bit more than I wanted to but I got a car that's more than worth what I paid for it and for once I bought a car without a bucket load of stress during the purchase.I feel I got a fair car at a fair price, I could not ask for more. The mileage was right for the price and the car was in very reasonable condition, the interior was Mint. All in all I have to say I am happy with Mcj's.I did have to wait a while for the financing to go through and that's the reason I'm not giving five stars, four will have to do.

Advance Transmision was the only one who took it apart and fixed....My Car now has 152.000 miles and it runs fine even thought a lot of dealers and auto shops suggested me to sell my car in steady of fix it.....and I got warranty on my repaired transmission....Good company that you can trust just imaging what they can do in Advance Transmission with regular or standard transmission if they could fix a complicated transmission like the CVT's...............
I'm relatively new in the area, and needed to find a reliable automotive repair and service shop to help me with numerous issues that have been creeping up with my car recently. I had been noticing some issues with my suspensions, alignment, and some strange things happening with my engine, and since I'm not an expert, I needed a shop that would provide honest, friendly, and courteous service and wouldn't try to take me (and my wallet) for a ride. I was pleased when I called City Garage on a whim and had a pleasant conversation with them over the phone. They were patient with me and didn't talk down to me or make me feel small for not knowing exactly what the problem was. I came in the same day and they did some diagnostic testing, and I didn't even have to pay from the estimate. For me, this was big; other shops I called had no patience for me being unsure about the exact nature of the problem, and would have charged a substantial amount for the estimate.In the end, I was expecting the repairs to be more expensive than they were. Ultimately the engine issue was minimal, and the prices for everything were extremely fair. They were pretty quick with my car, and even gave me a ride home. I would happily work with City Garage again next time I have any needs with my vehicle.
First, let me start off that my car broke down on the side of the road (luckily not a busy one) and from my knowledge all I knew was my serpentine belt came out. So I knew my car was stuck. It was this past Halloween night so it was on a Saturday and I was a little concerned because I don't know much Mechanics open on Sundays. Anyway I looked up mobile mechanic because I didn't want to have to pay $75-120 for someone to just tow my car to a shop and that's when I saw Dan. Of course I read his reviews and saw nothing but good things about him so I called him the following morning. The only negative thing I can say about him was that he came an hr earlier which made me feel bad for having him wait an extra 20mins. He's fast and efficient. He looks at my car and told me exactly what was need and what mostly like cased the mishap. I'm not too sure if he provides parts because I went right ahead and said I'll get the parts needed. Once I got the parts it took him less than 40 mins to replace the pulleys and belt. The most importantly. His pricing is very reasonable. i was definitely expecting it to be a little on the high end with him coming to where you're car is. He saved at least $100 with his service. HIGHLY RECOMMEND if you ever have car troubles.
