All I can say is “WOW” and not in the good way. I called today to make an appointment; I was told I could only make an appointment on weekdays because I had a Groupon. I explained that it did not say that on the voucher, which they then told me that it did. I was sure that it did not and checked again. This was a blatant lie; in fact, the Groupon says, “Saturdays by appointment only,” which is why I was calling to make one. I was not asking for today or even next week, just a Saturday because I work all day Monday through Friday and do not want to leave work to get my car cleaned. This is not even the part that really just blew my mind. Frustrated, I hung up the phone because the conversation was going nowhere. The man that I was speaking with proceeded to text message me as though I were his girlfriend and we had just had a lover’s spat. Mind you, I did not give them my phone number. Am I dealing with a business? Are these appropriate business practices? I am in a state of awe at the inane way in which my grievance was handled.

Dropped my car off today and got my car back wrecked. Owner said it didn't happen today. I would know if it was wrecked before i dropped it off amd it wasnt. The men who were working never once looked me in the eyes when talking because they know what they did. I would not take my car there. They don't take blame for their actions. Horrible service
Very good customer service, and they do an amazing job with tint and decals. Got my windows tinted, and got a couple stripes on the side of my car. I definitely recommend this place.
Simply the best shop to get your windows tinted in Orlando. Easy to book an appointment ( I booked mine on their website), good customer service. I was offered free sodas, coffee, water and also free wifi. While I worked they were doing my car and it was ready to go in a blink of an eye. Good job!
Spend extra to get the Ceramic Window Tint! Worth every penny! I had my whole car done, including clear for the windshield. My car stays so much cooler than it did with the cheaper tint, even after being parked out in the sun all day. 4 years later it still looks great, no purple or fading at all.

I took my brand new vehicle which i had for 6 days to them to get tinted. A couple days after being tinted I noticed a tear in my back seat which was a clean cut caused by a blade. Between getting it tinted and noticing the cut not a single person or any object sat in the back seat. I took it back to Denny who did the tint and he accused me of laying something heavy on the seat and would not take responsibility for it. He yelled at me and walked off in front of another customer. Go some where else that is more honest than this shady cash only place.
