I have weighed above the normal so I decided to find help at this fitness center. They changed my life. I would like to give my deepest gratitude to these people.
First and Best Gym in Orlando! Great indoor and outdoor areas to get your sweat on. Experienced trainers who really care about your health and fitness.
They fix anything in the fitness industry, nothing too big or too small! Wow these guys are good. They also deliver and assemble fitness equipment and furniture too, sweet!
Guy was on time, patient and professional. assembled my gym for a great price. I had a bad experience with Sears for another piece of equipment in my home gym and couldn't communicate with the assemblers because they didn't speak english. It was nice to be able to clearly communicate with the person setting up my Body Solid machine.
I cant speak for every location, but the metro west location is exceptional. Being a disabled person, a place to park my power chair is important, which they allow me to do. The Staff is friendly and out going in all aspects surrounding your visit and workout. Im not one for socializing during gym time, but the fellow gym goers are equally as friendly. I would recommend planet fitness to all comers looking to improve their lifestyle, you couldnt find a better place. Stop by look around, and say hello. They make everyone feel welcome.
The place is Horrible. I mean Dry Sauna is still Broke and the Hot tub is Broke until Monday. I paid money and do not get everything up and working in the club? The icing on the cake is the rude old man up front with the grey hair who says he is the Assistant Manager Dan. This guy is classless and fake in his treatment of us customers.
I love Jazzercise! The name doesn't tell you how great the classes and instructors are - it is based on Jazz dance style but has no jazz music. They used fabulous current music you hear on the radio every day. My kids ask me "How do you know this song, Mom?" And the answer is always "it's a Jazzercise routine!" The classes are challenging but so fun! The instructors are motivating and enthusiastic and always look as if they are having the best time of their life!
My sister was a member of 24 hour fitness. She suspended her service in October due to an injury to her upper body that stopped her from being able to work out. They suspended the account immediately. She ended up having surgery in the end of December and she called and cancelled her services in January due to her recovery time being extended 4 months. Only her account was never suspended and she was charged over $120 worth of charges. No problem I told her to contact the manager and explain the situation and send him the surgery information including the doctors note as proof so you can get your money back. She called and spoke to Nick (the club manager) and he basically told her sorry to hear that but there was no way to know if she did call in because there wasn't any notes in system. I got on the phone and asked him why can't he credit her if she called in December (see I made a mistake and said December when she actually called in January) then he latched on to that accusing us of lying saying which one called and was it December or January. I told him that I made a mistake saying December because that is when she had to have surgery but nope he had another reason to say no. He called us liars and refused to even take the documentation to show that we are not lying. I asked for corporates number and he advised me that they won't do anything. In the end he said he cancelled her account on the phone (which is what the other person told her in January but I guess I should trust them now). To say that this is grossly poor customer services is an understatement and to Nick, the club manager, you have not heard the last of me. No ones steals from my sister and thinks that is the end of it. I will find every website that reviews your business and post this review there. I am sending a formal complaint to your corporate office and calling them, repeatedly reminding them of the horrible treatment that me (who could have been a potential client) and my sister (who could have used the services once she healed). With so many gyms competing for peoples business you would think that they would practice good courteous customer service to keep brand loyalty. So disgustedly disappointed in the entire experience.
