They've always been good to me if I had a problem with my account or I messed up on my balancing my account they've always help me, they don't make me feel stupid. I was over 20 years old before I ever even had a bank account and then my ex-husband dominated that.
I lost 2300 in the drive through atm and the bank manger do not want to return my funds to my account. While i was putting my money in the atm after it expected all 2300 the atm went down and did not give me a receipt and i call the 1800 number behind my card and the following day i went into that branch and was told that happen 6x before the manger also inform me it was one other person who came in about the same problem. And after 10 days they deny my claim and said the money was return in the atm the same day i told the manger i never recieve thia money and for him to review the camara but he is giving me run around i will take this bank to court because i work hard for my money and i can lose my place and car because of this bank.
Unbelievable for a wire transfer needs to wait about a hour terrible only one person working I must change my bank

I've been with this bank for the pass 8yrs. Now I need there and the won't help you with anything. Every second I have to keep calling them because of overdraft fees $37 I'm being charge for nonsense.Don't trust them with your money worse bank ever. Especially the Millenia and Conroy branch. I'm not going to even giving them a rating because there's no negative star..well it not letting submit without pick a star.I'll pick 1 but that a negative one.

Horrible experience. Bank bounced a check stating that someone was trying to fraudulently withdraw $857, so there wasn't enough in our account to pay the check. It was a DEPOSIT of $857. They told us to write another check in lieu of first check they erroneously bounced. We did as instructed. Then they paid BOTH checks and charged us overdraft fee on that. Taking us over a month so far to get the second overdraft fee back. There are other problems, too, with the timing that our online banking bills are paid.
I do not recommend this bank at all, 53 is a good bank but this branch does not have good costumer service at all.first they messed up my deposit over 200 $ , this was on a Friday, then they said they couldn't fix it till Monday morning and promised it would be handled at 8am. Here it is 11 am and I was told they still are waiting to get authorisation, I asked to speak to a manager Friday and Monday and there appears to never be one at this branch.
This is one of the friendliest banks I've ever done business with & also has very competitive rates.
