I have nothing but problems from May of 2014 to this very year.IF I start I will run out of space here..WORST cable company I have ever had in all the years I have had cable.

We have had nothing but problems since this company took over Marco Island Cable. Their equipment must be obsolete because there are constant issues with poor reception. Their billing practices are the worst I have ever seen with any company. Extremely long bills that are impossible to decipher. I needed a new HD box and drove an hour to their office -- where I was given the wrong box even after they looked at my account and should have known what I needed. Seems to be a poorly run company.
EarthLink has been the worst service provider I have come into contact with, by far. If you are considering doing business with them, don’t just walk away, run! Our internet has been down for hours/days at a time on numerous occasions, and that continues to be an issue. Their response time is terrible, and we get no credits for their outages!When we signed the 36 month contract, it clearly said Total Monthly Recurring Charge, which didn’t include taxes. That’s the number, plus taxes, that we budgeted for. Even though we are 18 months into a 36 month contract with them, they have increased our Total Monthly Recurring Charge by 32% and no one is able to explain what gives them the right to do so. We have started at Customer Service and escalated 4 times, and each time we get a person with a script who is unable or unwilling to tell us how they can randomly increase our charges, even though we have a 36 month contract. This is either illegal, or should be!Their only response is that they “sent us a letter increasing our charges” and that our only option is to pay the bill until the end of the contract. I’m still waiting for the promised call back from the next level manager, and that promise was made more than a week ago! It is outrageous that a small non-profit like us should be in a position like this, and that our only recourse may be to hire an expensive regulatory attorney to file formal complaints against Earthlink. The dollars that we desparately need to help the needy that we serve may need to be wasted on lawyers. If you are reading this, and have had a similar experience, please chime in! Then maybe somebody in authority at Earthlink will pay attention and get this resolved!

TERRIBLE SERVICE! NO COMMUNICATION WITH CUSTOMERS WHEN AN ISSUE ARISES! AND EVEN WORSE CUSTOMER RESOLUTION SKILLS! They told me my phone would be ready next day, but I never heard from them even after leaving several messages. Two days later, I had to take time out of my work schedule to drive there to see if my phone was ready. When I arrived, I was greeted by the same man who I had turned my phone into 2 days prior and had told me it would be ready next day (Sunday). He tersely responded "it's not done yet" when I asked him what the status was. I then asked him if they had started fixing the glass and asked to see it and it had NOT EVEN BEEN TOUCHED YET. He callously then stated they were "closed all weekend" (although I turned it in on Saturday afternoon and they advertise on their website that they have multiple technicians and are open on Sundays until 6pm). I asked him what my options were at that point and he indifferently said "it will be another 2 days." No explanation, no apology, no offer to discount the cost of the repairs due to the inconvenience of being without a phone for what would now be 4 days...so I left, with my still broken phone and will be getting it repaired elsewhere. And I will continue to inform anyone that asks for a cell phone repair store that I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND iRepairNow to ANYONE, EVER!!!
