From Business: Profiles Salon & Spa asks, "Have you pampered yourself today?" If not let this Orlando spa treat you to a 'day of beauty'. They offer a relaxed & friendly atmosph…
I do not recommend this place, very cheap nail gel polish quality and they get mad when you go back and claim it. they just loose a good and loyal customer....
WARNING!!!!!!STAY AWAY. This I the most HORRIBLE place you can go to for manicure. I took my wife here today and not only was this lady rude but she refused to do my wifes nails the way my wife was asking to have them done and started to argue with my wife. She then maliciously proceeded to apply some chemical that now has my wifes nails ruined. After my wife ask what she was doing she proceeded to tell my wife she does not know what she was doing. Now my wifes nails are completely ruined. She also cut her nails uneven for no reason. Im filing a lawsuit. Stay away.
I went with my mother yesterday and from moment you walk in until you walk out you get friendly and attentive attention and very clean place . I will definitely go there again. Best in the Conway area
Cindy and Chi are both absolutely amazing! Im from south florida and ever since moving here, I could never find someone who does the dip powder well, but they both do such a beautiful job. I bartend so I'm really hard on my nails and 9/10, they last for 3+ weeks if i let them go that long. Definitely recommend them if you live in the UCF area.
Don't bother going into this store if you don't have a license. I was told I can't even be in the store without a license! Since when do I need a license to buy some glitter and nail decorations? I'm not buying chemicals or anything. I felt discriminated against as I didn't even get a chance to look at anything. I use mica powders and nail art supplies for making jewelry...I don't need a license. I'll be calling the cosmetology board next!! Might even file a discrimination suit!
Love this shop. Kim is the best. Been with her for years. Can get pretty busy on Friday and Saturday. Appointment is better with Kim.
I wish I could give this place zero stars. I arrive to my appointment 5 minutes early and I told them I was here for a fill and that I had an appointment. They told me to sit down and wait. 30 minutes go by and I still haven't been helped. I ask them about how much longer and all they said was "you're next". I waited 15 minutes longer and asked again, they said my nail tech just went in the back to wax her clients eyebrows and that she'd be done very soon. Another 15 minutes go by and she still isn't out. I asked "are you sure she's just doing eyebrows? It's taking quite a bit of time and I made an appointment 1 hour ago". The woman working there only says "sorry" with no further explanation. I grab my bottle of nail polish I brought with me and walk out. I get chased out by the same woman and she accused me of stealing their nail polish. I showed her my bottle, which was brand new and didn't have any marks on it (they mark all their polish with a dot on top). She still was glaring at me skeptically. I told her I was leaving because the service was terrible and I waited an hour even when I made an appointment. She shrugged it off and went back inside. Do not waste your time or money here. They will be dishonest about wait times and are extremely unfriendly. The worst nail salon I have ever been to, and will never return.
Went there to get my nails done, took Sandy two hours for a crappy job. Neglected my requests and on top of that, cut my skin multiple times. Went there for a Brazilian wax and it was even worse. First off, Sandy doesn't have a waxing license, wish I knew that before but I could tell throughout the process. Everyone knows to go get a wax would be better with longer hair so the wax can grasp it and pull out the follicle. Apparently not Sandy. I'm African American, so my hair is already coarse. She pulls out a blade and begins shaving. I told her it's better to wax with the hair so it can all come off, she says no, it'll hurt less. It hurt more because she was shaving dry, no oil or cream, against the grain of my hair. On top of that, she waxed my sensitive areas multiple times since the hair wasn't coming off because it was too short. So my private area is extremely sensitive and red with razor bumps and scars. I wish I could show you. It was disgusting. Sandy is untrained and this whole shop is terrible. Don't waste your time with a simple manicure or Brazilian wax. She told me it would free of charge inside then came outside and charged me $15. I paid and that's the last time I will ever spend my money there. Sandy is a terrible beautician and nail tech. The whole shop is a mess. Don't bother.
I had my first experience here was pretty good the tech was very personable and sweet. But after a week my sns polish was chipping on a few nails which shouldn't happen. So when I arrived for the appointment to fix it, the nail tech that I requested wasn't there. I was then told that everyone that everyone that could do sns was busy, so I told them that I would wait. It didn't seem like they wanted me to wait, but being that I left work early for this I had no other choice. I waited for about ten minutes to be moved to a nail techs table to get started. This tech was the complete opposite of the other I'd met. She didn't speak to me at all and she continuously hurt me as she drilled the polish off. No matter how many times I pulled my hand back, she didn't apologize once. She finished and walked off, and after sitting with my nails under a fan for a few minutes I finally asked her if I was done and she said yes. To look at my nails and there is polish all around my nail bed and underneath my nail on my skin. This by far was one of the most unpleasant visits that I've had when getting my nails done.
