I would suggest finding work with another temporary staffing agency. Their "new, state-of-the-art" texting seems to be from another era as they did not receive my message that read, "WORK", the text they require if one wants to be employed for the day. The nomenclature as well, even for common items, is quite different and will confuse any temp job seeker. The worst part, however, is this: Some of the staff are rude, inconsiderate, naïve and unaccommodating, a little too busy to take the time to listen, help or complete a simple, specific, unobtrusive request. And if one comes appropriately dressed to carry out possibly dirty labor one might be treated with disdain. A simple greeting from a new but willing temporary worker will go unreturned. Even those who have previously worked through this agency are disrespected.Let's hope this business (after they come up with just one name instead of the three different ones associated with it) will grow into maturity and professionally and politely assist those who come to their offices wishing to take care of themselves by seeking and performing work.

Si buscas alguien que sea un Profesional, que se preocupe por sus clientes, hacer bien su trabajo y te atienda en español y te ofrescan el reenvolso permitido por el IRS mas alto y rapido, ellos son los mejores, son cortez te devuelven la llamada el mismo dia o al otro dia, la oficina es pequeña pero estas en muy buenas manos y lo mejor es que cobra muchisimo menos que otras oficinas, yo antes los hacia en Accounting and More en Kissimmee porque los escuchaba en la radio y los veia en TV pero sinceramente ellos no son profesionales no saben como llenar una planilla y para colmo les cobran $250 por cliente y tienes que esperar de 2-5 horas a que te atiendan. Si van con Evelyn a Accounting Center for small Business es mas rapido y te cobran muchisimo menos hasta un 40% menos que en otros sitios y te lo deducen del reenvolso. De verdad quede muy complacida con su servicio.

I was one of those ex-workers for that labor ready branch and yes it sucks ever since Jeniffer has taken over it was doing better with JoJo jeniffer was no helpful to me when I was trying to recover some old documents witch prove that I had work for that labor ready branch from 2008 & 2009 for Immigration but tank god it work out anyways I will never work for that branch any more.
