Dahn Yoga is awesome! I go there about 3 times a week, and everytime I go, I'm amazed and surprised. They are always adding new exercises and many are really fun, it's not just your typical stretch and go class. Dahn Yoga is energy based so it has things like body tapping (more fun than you might think!) and breathing exercises and meditations. At first I thought, meditaiton, ya right, but I was amazed at how I could really focus and concentrate on my breath and didn't think about anything for the whole time.There seems to be a whole philosopy around it, which is intrigueing. I'm just getting started but loving it so far!
