Overall

Horrible service to say the least.



I put in an order 2 days before Christmas. My order was simply a wine glass engraved with 2 letters. The First Lady I spoke to assured me that it would be done the next day after 6pm, which I was totally fine with. I was also a little skeptical about how under staffed and overwhelmed they were because they had orders overflowing on the shelves that poured onto the floor and next to used Starbucks cups from the associates.



I work for a high end designer held in department stores such as Neimans, nordstrom, etc so I understand how busy people are around the holidays but they had no shame in weak presentation and lack of organization for their store. However, after all these observations, I continued with my order and hoped for the best.



Too my surprise i get there the next day to pick up my order and THEY NEVER EVEN PUT IN MY ORDER TO BE DONE. (Keep in mind this is the day before Christmas Eve) so I speak to who seems to be the manager , Judy, and she's not even apologetic or understanding. All she does is offer me a refund. I told her it was unexceptable and that I didn't have time to look for another present. So I basically made her re-do my order for later that night and she assured me she would call me when it was done.



Well good thing I went home to rest In between waiting for the order to be done because she never called me and I ended up calling her! Once again poor service on top of poor service. Once I got there I wasn't even pleased with the engraving because it was way too small and she completely ignored me when I came to pick it up instead of apologizing or offering any kind of discount to make up for gas money and time spent waiting for my order. Needless to say I would avoid this particular location at all costs ESPECIALLY around any holiday. Every other "things remembered" location I had been to was way better.

I also understand that my order was last minute but as a retailer it is YOUR JOB to get business done the right way no matter when the customer puts the order in.
