I have had them in the wee hors during the winter in years past for my old system. Contacted Polar without hesitation when it was time to replace my system. Always pleased with Polar from first phone contact for appointment through the service visit.

This is a very good local business. They really care about what they sell and they maintain the products that they sell. They are easier to get quick appointments than are several other competing local companies. They show caring for their customers and products.

My furnace finally gave out after 12 years of faithful service last week. I was not looking forward to having companies come out to look at it. The first company that came out gave me an estimate that I felt was crazy high and they were rude. I'm not going to put there name down, but let's just say there were no "right reasons" to choose them. My neighbor had Polar Heating and Air put in his AC last summer so I gave them a call. The guy that came out was really nice and knew what he was talking about. The estimate he gave me was a considerably lower price for a much better high efficiency furnace. I don't know what RUDYGAM is talking about. The installers did a great job and didn't make a mess. I suspect that he has other motives considering he is talking about an installation that happened 5 years ago and posted his review 4 years later. IDK. I had a really good experience with them and so did my neighbor.
